My overall experience was somewhat mixed. The initial booking process was straightforward, and the staff seemed knowledgeable and helpful. However, there were delays during transit that were not clearly communicated in advance. I understand that logistics can be unpredictable, but timely updates would have made a big difference. The shipment eventually arrived safely, and there were no damages, which is the most important part. Still, improving transparency would greatly enhance the customer experience.
