Rodrigo and his crew were amazing today. Started promptly at 800am and were finished cleaning up at 530pm. They cut down a 50 year old water oak which had fungus growing at the base (sign of decaying roots) and which was leaning slightly towards our house. They also ground down the large stump and trimmed two live oaks. Very professional service. Every large limb was tied off and lowered to the ground gently. All branches were mulched and the trunk was cut into sections and loaded with a skid steer onto a trailer and hauled away. Even after an exhausting day, the crew were meticulous in raking and blowing all the debris and left no trace that they had been here except the mulch from the stump grinder which they offered to spread around our flower beds . When we originally met with the gentleman that gave us a quote for trimming our trees, he told us that scheduling would reach out to us to schedule our service appointment. My husband had to call back a week later to set the appointment up himself, because he never heard from anyone. When he called, they told him that he was scheduled for Friday, but they didn’t know if it was morning or evening, and that someone would let him know on Wednesday. No one called to give my husband this update on Wednesday, so he had to call AGAIN to find out on Thursday. We had an appointment scheduled to have our trees trimmed, with the time window of 1p-4p today. When no one had come, or notified us that the schedule was running behind by 3:30p, my husband called to get an update of when someone would arrive. He was told that someone would call him back with an update. We never received a call. My husband called again at 5p, and was told that the project manager claimed he tried calling, but the call went straight to voicemail. No message was left. The lady my husband was speaking to informed him then that no one would be coming today, and that we could reschedule for next week. This is incredibly unprofessional and unacceptable. While we do understand that it did rain for a little bit today, which could have potentially made schedules run behind, NO ONE EVER communicated that with us. We had to call TWICE today to be told that no one was coming.

** EDIT ** After writing this review, my husband received a call within about 30 minutes from scheduling, stating that a crew would be working the following day (Saturday), and that they could have a crew out for an appointment with us first thing in the morning. My husband asked for a specific time, and he was told the crew would be at our home first thing, between 8-8:30am, which my husband agreed to. The following morning, no one had shown up by 8:30a. This time, my husband was not going to make multiple phone calls, we were just going to go about our day and continue to take our business elsewhere. As he was about to leave to run an errand, the crew showed up, just after 9:00a. My husband allowed them to continue with the service. After only about 45 minutes, they were already cleaning up and about to leave. My husband had to go out and point out several neglected places in our trees, and ask them to continue trimming. At this point, we are not displeased with the tree trimming. It is disappointing that my husband did have to ask the crew to properly trim, but the final result is acceptable. Our end goal would never be to tarnish a company’s reputation, but the fact remains that the communication from this business was completely lacking, and not acceptable. They have called multiple times, after the fact, to follow up. This is the same attention that should have been given before and during the service window though. And not only because of a bad review.

After thoroughly researching and interviewing several companies, we chose JRP Tree Demolition, and we couldn't be happier! Their prompt response and exceptional professionalism set them apart. The crew was incredibly careful with our landscape, ensuring every bit of debris from the removal of our two towering trees was cleaned up. I hired JRP Tree & Demolition Services to demolish my lap pool after taking bids from two companies. They handled the job professionally from permitting to filling the hole with dirt. Excluding some rain days, the work went quickly and smoothly, and Tony made sure I was happy with the results. I recommend JRP for pool demolition work you have.

I spoke with Cesar on removing a dead tree on my property. He had the best quote out of 3 companies in Pearland area. He also hauled off some existing branches I had from another tree in the yard. I am very pleased with the work. I did not want to grind the stump so they cut it very low to the ground.

I live all the way in Sweeny and had an emergency. A large pecan tree was leaning towards my house. They were at my house two days later climbing and cutting it down. As well as 18 other trees that were leaning towards my house and barn.

Fully insured unlike a lot of other companies. The service is outstanding! All the guys that work for this company are such great people. They have my business for life!

Beware - price gouging after Hurricane Milton. $3950 to remove the rest of a small tree that fell onto our house. I have reported it to Pinellas County and the Attorney General of Florida. I have an attorney as well.

Needed branches trimmed for my fence straight up did that perfectly no issues did a great job like always highly recommend their services easy to work with and willing to work within your budget just ask and see what you can get very reasonable and if there's any issues you're more than willing to try to clarify and make you happy and make themselves happy too in the same time can't say enough about them
