They employ very young staff, not an issue; however they love to boast how great these kids are when in reality they aren’t. We continued service w/them as we purchased our home from friends who used this company. I was present last year when they sent a worker who was stoned out of his mind!! My friend was very upset. I am not impressed with the way they do business. They debited my acct for repairs w/out authorization. That is the main reason we no longer have this company service out pool.

I was advised not to “slander” his company about his employees. Considering I was present when the staff member was working, I witnessed his stumbling, his rants about the company and how he wld clean the pool on his home, I would say my “opinion” had grounds to be voiced.

The main concern for me as I wasn’t the home owner during the episode of that staff member, is the debit to my acct. My bank acct info was retained w/out my permission! I never signed any contact nor was permission given to debit my acct. As for holding the invoice for 15 days, we had a verbal conversation over the phone. Joe clearly stated “ I will have Julie hold the work order and let you pay a portion and then the remaking balance “. “I know your good for it and I understand you are on medical leave.” That is a verbal agreement.

A really good pool store for a DIY person looking for in-stock fittings, valves, O-rings and genuine Jandy / Zodiac / Nature2 parts.

This family shop keeps hard to find, hard to get items in stock. We first met Joe when the drain cap on our filter broke. After calling all over Joe told us to come by. Two days later my water pump cracked. Once again calling all over since we not only needed the pump but installation. Joe was able to find us the pump we wanted and within 24 hours he had it installed. Very professional and pleasant. Thank you again.

This shop was super helpful. Taryn got my replacement motor and swapped over my seal plate really fast. Prices were competitive. Will be coming back for my pool needs.

We have used this company for several yrs. We were doing our pool maintenance ourselves until we got in way over our heads ( no pun intended) with improperly balancing the chemicals because of a slow leak due to a crack underneath the overflow valve we never knew was even there. We called Joe and he located our issue right away and put everything back in balance. He is always available to come and check things out as they come up. Extremely knowledgeable. They have provided excellent service. If you need repair and pool service Call Joe or his wife Julie they will get you taken care of so your pool will be Clean and Clear!

Clean and Clear has taken care of us for 13 years. After the freeze a few years ago they went above and beyond to help us until the long term work could be done.
The service team knows about my issues prior to coming and completes the repair while on site.
Joe and Julie have helped after hours and treated us just like it was normal business hours.
Long story short, they are amazing!

My experience with Clean And Clear Pool is nothing but the best. Not only do they do a great job of maintaining the pool, but also do a wonderful job of communicating whenever there are issues that need to be taken care of. For example, when cold weather comes, they will send out an email blast giving information to their customers on the best way to, keep their pools running as to not have any issues during extreme cold.

Unprofessional and unethical. They made a clear commitment on Nextdoor and are now refusing to honor it. I provided screenshots and gave them every chance to make it right, but they chose not to. This business does not put customers first, and I would not recommend them to anyone.

Clean and Clear has been our pool service for almost 3 years. They have been great help through weather events, like the recent freezes. They do a great job cleaning the pool each week, keeping our filters clean, and have done equipment changes and installs with great customer service!

I called Clean & Clear Pools Store to help me with my broken Spa and Pool heater. They provided prompt, courteous and honest service. I am happy with the results.

Prompt and excellent professional service. I like that they provide photographic images of the pool and equipment after each service. I know the gate is always closed when they leave. Best pool service company I have used.

We have used Clean and Clear Pools for our pool maintenance for a couple of years. Their prices are fair, they communicate well, and their employees do a great job. Joe (the owner) has personally taken care of any issues that we have had from equipment purchased from his company. If something is wrong, Clean and Clear makes it right.

We have been using C&C Pools for a year now. They are always there as scheduled, polite and professional. When we've had mechanical issues, they have sent someone out quickly and resolved the issues for a reasonable price.

$3,000 for a new pool pump! Holy crap! My pool is 20yrs old and I have replace the pool motor and capacitors several times myself and it is a pain in the butt. Now the stupid pump stopped working again, always happens in the middle of the summer. It's crazy HOT! The Hayward motor I need is not made anymore, so now what!

I can order something online, try to configure it myself, plug it into my computer module...I think...and what about the PVC fittings? It's not going to simply snap into place. I'm in hell.

Joe explained everything to me, said he can get the latest variable speed Hayward motor with new housing installed tomorrow. I was shocked! My old motor has only one speed...ON. I was told that they would install it, program it, and plug everything in and the electricity savings would pay for the motor in about 15 months. Now that sounds like a deal.

It took 2 days because a big storm came along. The technician was still working in the rain with lighting zapping overhead and told him not to sweat it and come back tomorrow.

I had an issue with my hot tub and a few hours to figure something out before an event at my house. I just had Tim clean my pool filtration system. He was honest, professional, and explained the procedure in detail. He even showed me the bad filters that needed to be replaced. Will definately recommend Clean & Clear pools.

Clean and Clear Pools has serviced our pool for over two years, and they've always done a great job for us. We've tried several pool services companies over the years and C&CP has provided the best service beyond all the others.

When moving an becoming a pool owner again, I was saddened by knowing my 2 favorite pool maintenance companies were no longer in business. I'd had trouble with so many. I opted to just pick up who the prior owner used - as the house had been empty for a year, but the pool still looked sparkling. Clean and Clear have been most helpful and have such a great system for keeping customers updated with the condition of their pool. Such a joy to not have to search for just the right company or individual - they're Clean and Clear. hands down.

I kept breaking stuff on my old chlorinator while trying to get the lid off. The first time, I was able to fix it myself. The second time, I broke a connection right after getting the filters cleaned. I didn’t want my pool to gunk up right after cleaning the filters, so I was hoping for a quick response and repair. I didn’t want to wait several days for the big pool chains to schedule me an appointment.

I reached out to Clean & Clear Pools based off their reviews online and their expansive hours. They (Julie) were responsive and gave me my options. I went with their recommendation (a new chlorinator vs. a repair) and the installation was scheduled quickly. The installation went smoothly and the repairman was friendly and answered all my questions.

I am very pleased so far with my new chlorinator (Jandy TruChlor). Turns out I should have switched chlorinators a long time ago because 1) my old one was built for one-speed pumps and I now have a variable speed pump, 2) I didn’t like it because it never kept the chlorine high enough and I was worried the return tubing was going to fail while I wasn’t home, and 3) the repairman couldn’t even unscrew that stupid lid even after removing it!

Overall, I am pleased and I plan to use Clean and Clear Pools again.

Prompt response and service. Joe and team are extremely knowledgeable about all pool related things. Recovered my pool from a drain & clean to swimmable condition in just a few days. Highly recommend!
