What can I say., these guys make my life easier, from keeping the pool looking its best to answering all my questions and helping my prepare for weather events!

We hired them with great expectations. The initial visit was excellent. The concurring visits were inconsistent at best. There is no set scheduled time so you can’t plan around them. They often do not communicate services done. Upon follow up, it does not appear chemicals are used and brushing is not thorough. When reaching out to Charles, we were promised a discount for the work done, which never occurred. Upon further followup with him regarding the same issues we were told we are too demanding and would no longer be serviced by his company. This is a new definition of customer service. If you can’t do the job you are hired for than quit before you are fired.

Always on time never misses a day and makes sure my pool is top notch year around hard to find the quality and persistence like lonestar good to see people doing good business!

Hired this company to do weekly maintenance on my pool, only saw the guy 2X. Claims to come by an do work but my back gate stays locked so how are you getting in and out without knocking on my door and asking to be let in? My wife and I both work from home so someone is always here yet never receive a knock or doorbell ring. When I called to find out why, I was told that knocking to let people know they are there “isn’t something they do”. So how would I ever know you came to my house and ever did anything? Was given a poor excuse and told I’m just supposed to assume and trust “something” was done and they just didn’t seem too concerned with my disappointment in their customer service. Immediately cancelled further services, will not recommend.

The service is great. My pool has never been cleaner, and the staff is very respectful.

Had some issues with our pool heater and wanted someone to take a look. I received a quick phone call reply from them when I inquired online. I immediately spoke with a gentleman who was very knowledgeable about pool heaters and had some ideas of what the issue might be.

He scheduled a visit and arrived as promised. He diagnosed the issue and quickly came up
with recommendations to save us the hassle of replacing the heater immediately and save us money. He also gave me ideas on what else might need to be addressed longer term. Very honest and wasn’t trying to sell me anything. Lone Star clearly had our best interest in mind and educated me on what we needed to do. Very knowledgeable and helpful. I would recommend these guys to anyone.

When I call Most other pool service companies, I get an office manager who can only tell me “we have an $89 service call charge and we really can’t tell you anything until we get out there”.

Lone Star gave me confidence before they even came out and instilled the confidence after they gave me honest and informed advice.

Lone Star Pool Services has been our go to for about a year now. They have been extremely helpful and flexible with keeping everything clean. Would highly suggest this company to anyone.

I signed up with Lonestar pools at the beginning of July 2024. This was after essentially two weeks of trying to get them out to give me a quote. Should have stopped there. They gave me the quote and I signed up which they said they would be out twice a week to service our pool. I believe that first week they only came out once. Once the week after and then hurricane Beryl hit. No one showed up for a week and a half after hurricane Beryl which is completely understandable. They came once and poured chems into the pool and then left. Since they did not get any of the debris from the pool I proceeded to clean it myself. I gave them the benefit of the doubt due to the overwhelming situation all of Houston was in and the pool business in particular. Two weeks after Beryl I called them to check in because no one had been out. I was told that they would be back normal service. No one came. Today one of the owners came to our house. I questioned when normal service would resume because our pool is lime
green. He proceeded to curse me out as my toddlers peered through my windows. I canceled on the spot and he continued to curse me out as he walked to his truck. I am not one to post reviews but just wanted it to be known with what kind of company is being run here. The unprofessionalism of todays interaction was comical. By no one other than the owner of the company. BEWARE. They refunded part of my money. I am taking it and running as far as I can.

Amazing pool service made my pool go from Grinch green to Bahama blue. I already scheduled a follow-up. Worth every single penny, and I’m grateful I called this professional group of young men to help clean my pool. They also educated me on ways to save money so I don’t have to constantly pay for pool service.
