Millers pro steam was great! He recommended the best carpet cleaning options for my carpet. He did not over charge us and took the time to make sure the job was done right. Roberto always does an excellent job. He is professional and courteous and even gives me a heads up when he’s on his way. I pretty much never need to call him to come back because the bugs stay away, but if they did come back, he would come and take care of it free of charge which is fantastic. We have been customers since we purchased the house when our kids were small and are very happy.

Mr Timothy came and treated our house today. He let us know ahead a day before coming and 15 minutes upon arrival. He was very professional and took his time to treat our house. He let us know what was the problem and offer us solutions. We will ask to have him as our technician going forward. We would definitely refer Bulwark our friends and family.

Terry did an excellent job inspecting my home and completing all the work I needed. He communicated his arrival time in advance, took his time, kept everything clean, explained everything in detail, and answered all my questions. He was very friendly and a great listener. I would definitely recommend asking for Terry.

Service call was helpful and fast with somebody coming the following day. Matthew was there no earlier and no later than 9:00 AM. He was super friendly worked fast and always had a smile on his face. This is a big plus for me and would choose a company over the other just for this type of treatment.

Tech named Tim M. came out on a Saturday, which was not a scheduled appointment, I was able to get a same day appointment, thank goodness, cause no other pest companies in my had availability. Tim M. did an inspection in our attic space and helped identify the issue we reported. He implemented some mitigation measures. He was easy to work with and gave excellent customer service.

I had an excellent experience with Jure from Bulwark Exterminating. He took the time to clearly explain why bugs can still be active during the winter months, which really helped me understand what was going on in my home. He was patient, knowledgeable, and very professional.

On top of that, Jure went above and beyond by helping me move some items up and down from the attic—something I just can’t do anymore at my age. His kindness and willingness to help made the whole service feel personal and genuinely caring.
