I have a subscription with Bulwark since many years and my house is pest free most of the time. If i see anything entering the house or even around it, they come for free for extra treatment and they sure get rid of them. They are always smiling and polite when they come, removing or covering their shoes if they have to enter the house. The last one who came today, who convince me to write a review, is Jefferson. He came many times before, always with a big smile and a attitude that makes us feel safe and comfortable around him. He offered to check my garage and he killed many spiders. I did not ask for it. I had a mouse once, they catch it in no time. After that, they put some baits to catch mouses all around the house to prevent any mouse to enter. I had few ants entering the house in various places, and they killed their nests outside. They also check regularly for wasps and kill their nests immediately, even if it's not on the house itself. I had some on the fence and they got rid of them also. I highly recommend them.

Jefferson and all the technicians I worked with were professionals, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly. They arrived on schedule, completed the work efficiently, and made sure all problem areas were treated thoroughly. I really appreciated the attention to detail and the friendly attitude throughout the visit. Overall, the service exceeded my expectations, and I feel confident that my home is well taken care of.

Services were very thorough and professional. Elijah took his time to get everything. He took his time to explain what he would be doing and fully answered my questions and concerns. Elijah suggested services I might want to consider adding, when he noticed signs of infestation. I've been very pleased with this company and its employees. There here to stay to keep my home free from infestations. Great work guys!!

We switched over from Alluneedpest to Bulwark since we had Bulwark service our home in Austin Area for the past 5+ years and loved the service. Craig was our tech for the initial service, he did a great job inside and outside of our home. Very friendly and knowledgeable I would prefer to keep him as our tech but if this is how we start out our service with Bulwark I am sure all the service techs will be just as great. HIGHLY RECOMMEND CRAIG and BULWARK for your pest needs don't even bother looking at those other pest companies that come knocking on your door.

Ryan McPherson with Bulwark Pest Control came out for our first service and exceeded expectations. He was friendly, professional, and extremely thorough.

He treated the full exterior perimeter of the home, fence line, and removed spider webs, then completed a detailed interior treatment including outlets and common entry points. He explained the products being used, what to expect over the next few weeks, and how Bulwark handles follow-ups if needed.

We were also dealing with a beetle issue near a computer area inside the house, and Ryan took the time to help identify the source and explain how it would be addressed. You can tell he genuinely cares about doing the job right and educating the homeowner.

This was the initial service visit by Bulwark at a new house for us after moving back to the Houston area. I was very happy with the service Nathan provided. He arrived during the scheduled window, was friendly and asked what pests I was seeing so far. Nathan then explained what was happening at this service visit and what would happen at future service calls. He was super efficient outside and inside the house. Nathan finished by de-webbing the outside and knocking down any wasp nests that had started building. I was very pleased with everything about the service Nathan provided us.

Craig came in greeted us . Let us know he was gonna start working. He was very professional and efficient. Did the inside and outside of the house and asked us if we needed anything else before he left… I gotta say that was pretty awesome experience.

As always our experience with Bulwark is great. We've used them for years with little to no issues and when they do pop up they are all addressed. Our technician today was Matthew and he was friendly, approachable, and knowledgeable. Would definitely suggest this company.

Highly Recommend Terena from Bulwark Exterminating!
I had an absolutely fantastic experience with Terena from Bulwark Exterminating.

Terena was incredibly courteous, punctual, and thorough with her work. She took the time to listen carefully to everything we are currently experiencing in our home. She handled all of our concerns efficiently and made sure to follow up to ensure everything we discussed was fully covered and addressed.

Once all the work was completed, she summarized everything that was done during her visit. Terena did an awesome job, and I highly recommend her services!

Called to request a Saturday inspection and service which I thought was a long shot, but thank goodness a tech was available. A short time later, tech Tim Martin showed up and he was excellent. He did a thorough inspection and was able to help with our situation. I totally recommend this tech. He was easy to work with and gave excellent customer service.

Today's initial pest control service was exceptional, thanks to Mathew. He was very friendly and thorough, explaining his process from start to finish. He also made sure to address any concerns I had before beginning and reviewed everything he had done once the service was complete. Definitely a great first impression and outstanding customer service!!

We had a crazy infestation of Ants. Nathan called me when he was on his way and discussed with him what I was seeing. He called me back after his walk through and told what he saw and what he thinks is the best course of action. He was very knowledgeable and explained how we should proceed. He followed up with a text after he was completed and left me some ant bait for me to use inside. Great communication! Thanks Nathan!

Roland did a fantastic job late Saturday afternoon. He was very thorough and professional. He really knew his business. I feel like he went above and beyond to try to deal with this issue! I will be moving my service to you guys as a result of his dedication!

Terry did an awesome job, he was friendly on time and thorough. He did a great job at explaining what he was doing and why and what products would be used. The service took care of my roach issue and I will definitely continue to use Bulwark and hope that Terry continues to do the service.

The service that I received from Joshua today was impeccable. He took the time to explain to me the current situation that he saw related to the rodents and how he was going to remedy the situation. He walked me thru step by step.
