Justine and her crew are absolutely amazing - highly professional, competent, honest, extremely hard-working, and easy to communicate with.

It was apparent during my first conversation with Steri-Clean that their service quality was significantly better compared to a host of other providers - one actually lied to us about when the work would start - it was like a switch and bait on the day of service. We kicked them to the curb and were so lucky that we did because Steri-Clean went above and beyond our expectations and resolved every concern - not just biohazard but a hoarding situation that we were not prepared for.

I had hoped that Steri-Clean would be able to clean a family member's house that was in really bad shape, but it was so bad that I just wasn't sure. Pleased to say that they far exceeded my
expectations! The house went from uninhabitable to clean and liveable in just one day. Justine, Ken, and their technicians were professional, friendly, and definitely experts in deep cleaning. They kept us informed throughout the process and let us know when problems arose. They also hauled away items that were damaged or unsanitary including large pieces of furniture. I cannot recommend Steri-Clean enough for deep cleaning; they also specialize in dealing with hoarding situations. If I could give 10 stars, I would!

We hired Steri-Clean in Houston to clean up a townhouse which was cluttered with hoarding junk and had been vacant but occupied by rats for several years. They were one of the most professional, competent, hard-working, and friendly crew I have encountered in quite some time. Life gets away from you sometimes, and the empathy and compassion that was shown towards myself and my animals was something I'll never forget. In under 8hrs they gave me back a habitable and beautiful home without a shred of judgement. Justine organized and put things away in every cabinet, and the dining table I hadn't built for over a year was setup so I could have a proper dinner in my clean home. First off, let me just say how amazing the team is that serviced my home. They are the warmest, most understanding and non-judgmental group of people. Justine, Ken and their team are wonderful people. They never left me feeling bad or guilty because of the condition of my home. They were all super friendly, funny and extremely hard working.
Because of some personal issues I was experiencing, the cleanliness of my home got out of hand. Even worse, an army of very large rats got in and quickly multiplied. Destroying almost everything that I own. A home full of 51 years of memories as well as very sentimental belongings of my mother and deceased grandparents. I lost almost everything. Very devastating. Without the warmth and empathy of Justine I don’t think I would’ve been able to go through the clean-out process without having a total breakdown. She came and sat with me many times throughout the three-day process to explain exactly what was going on and to make sure that I was doing okay. She is a Godsend.
Steri-Clean’s prices are very competitive. I had a couple of estimates done prior to selecting Steri-Clean and they were very affordable compared to other companies. The only adjustment to the initial estimate was due to needing additional dumpsters to remove all the mess. No hidden fees, surprise charges or last-minute changes to the price.
I feel that Justine and her team are very honest and trustworthy people. I never felt uncomfortable with them, and I felt very safe in trusting my belongings to them. They handled everything with the utmost care, as if my stuff was their stuff. They showed me everything before disposing of it so I could make the final decision on its fate.
I never imagined that this would be an easy process. And it wasn’t. But this amazing group of people made it as easy as possible for me. I hope to never need their services again but, believe me, I will call them in a heartbeat if I do.

I recently had a need for teargas remediation in my home. Justine, Ken and their capable crew made the process as painless as possible. From the initial inspection and estimate to the actual day long cleanup, this company was compassionate, professional and competent in all aspects of the work. The cost was comparable or less than other estimates I received and I doubt I could have gotten a more caring, polite and hard-working team than the Steri-Clean group that worked on my home. Everything was explained fully before the cleanup as well as the day of the work. They did a great job and residue from the CS type teargas was thoroughly removed .. no more irritated eyes, throat or skin. My home is once again liveable and I would recommend them to anyone seeking professional remediation/cleanup work, especially during the aftermath of a difficult event.

Yes. We had a couple of rooms that we had fostered kittens and cats in over the past couple of years. They were disasters. We had tried to keep the rooms clean but we just were over our heads.
We called the stericlean(sp) team for help. They arrived at exactly the appointment time and got to work. By the time they were through the transformation was amazing. Floors and walls were spotless. Cabinets and drawers cleaned out and like new. Windows that I could see through. They went above and beyond even cleaning some kennels and litter boxes too! Everyone on the team was courteous and professional. I don’t often write a review and these guys were five stars. Recommended without hesitation.

This is a great company. We had a hoarder house that they cleared out and then cleaned, disinfected and deodorized. Easy to schedule. they were always on time and completed work on time . They did an outstanding and professional job removing a very stained and extremely stinky carpet that my rescued dog had been using as a bathroom for about a year.
