Not sure where to begin, but our family was thrusted into a position of needing a company that could handle an unexpected extreme hoarding situation with the passing of our mother.

We needed to sort through a high volume amount of stuff to determine what was needed, what was junk, donate able, or sold. This level of customization would likely be a month(s) long process, but with Justine and her crew, we were able to not only recover what we needed and sort through 5 dumpsters worth of stuff and gather all the documents and family memorabilia to feel comfortable about moving forward in a week.

They delivered on their expectations, and beyond, with love and care and our family couldn’t be happier with the results.

They made our lives easier and worked with us all along the way with grace during this troubled time.

Justine and Kenneth were both incredibly helpful, hardworking, and professional. My storage unit was infected with rodent waste, and I was able to schedule their team in a timely manner. Justine walked me through getting pictures for an affordable quote, scheduling, getting a report, and explaining the process. Kenneth and the other technicians thoroughly accessed, sanitized, wrapped, and moved all the storage unit contents, so everything is cleaned and protected for the future.
I am very thankful for their team making this tough situation into a fairly painless process, and I would definitely recommend using their services for any extreme cleanup needs!

I will begin my review by saying that I never leave reviews, unless the services were so far beyond my expectations that I feel compelled to do so. This is one of those times.

We contacted the team at Steri-Clean on Monday morning, around 9am. My grandfather had passed away in his house after suffering a gunshot wound to the head. My family and I were emotionally suffering, and I broke down in front of the staff while discussing the cleanup job. Justine was incredibly understanding, hospitable, and kind throughout the whole process. She provided a much needed shoulder to cry on and sat and listened to my grandfather's story because she knew how important it was for me to share it with her as part of my healing process.

The team was on site later that day, and by 5pm, the entire place was cleaned spotless. They disposed of all the hazardous material professionally and were extra sensitive to our situation throughout. They even went above and beyond and cleaned his whole house, vacuuming all the floors and cleaning all the surfaces. They even put his furniture back to where it belonged. We didn't even ask them to do this, but it became clear that going above and beyond is their standard operating procedure.

My family and I just got done working with Steri-Clean on a hoarding cleanout of our family's home. We had researched and talked to other cleaning companies before we decided on Steri-Clean and we do not regret our decision at all. The Steri-Clean crew were very professional from start to finish on our 7-day job. They accurately quoted us the amount of time it would take to completely empty and clean the home, and they were the only company that, when they took a site visit, came equipped with PPE (Personal Protective Equipment). They also inspected each room inside the home to ensure they gave us an accurate quote.

Steri-Clean's Team Lead, Neil Campos, who originally came to the house to inspect the property, was available to answer all questions we had about the process, and we had a lot of questions for him since this was our first time using a company for something like this. Neil was also the lead on-site during the cleanup and was very professional the entire time, answering questions and providing my family and me with everything we needed as we went through this emotional and tiring project. He and his crew were patient and very communicative about everything they were doing.

As the crew worked in the house, they not only worked tirelessly in removing all of the trashed items but also made sure to look out for any possible valuables that we, the family, may want to keep, which included photos, documents, jewelry, money, and family mementos. They found things that we didn't even know existed in the house.

We cannot say enough good things about our experience working with Steri-Clean. They made what was a very hard project for my family and me to accomplish alone easier, all with professionalism and in a very short time so we can move past it quickly to the next phase of the family.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Mr. Woodley and his team at Steri-Clean to deep clean and disinfect a family member’s home in the Sugar Land, Texas area. Since I live out of state, I was concerned about managing the process remotely, but Mr. Woodley made everything incredibly easy and stress free. Great service! Justine was super communicative and helpful throughout the whole process, and scheduling was super convenient. I had to reschedule services due to getting sick, but they were very understanding and made it easy. Neil was the supervisor on the day our work was scheduled, along with Heidi and Maria - all three were very professional and pleasant to work with. They did amazing job and the work was completed right on time in the window they quoted. Absolutely recommend their team & will definitely be using them again if I need more services!!

Words cannot describe how incredible this company is. My father lives in Houston on his own, and has been having some health issues. Last year my husband and I came down to help him, and we used Steri-Clean to get his house back to a livable state. While I'm sorry to say we had to contact Steri-Clean again this year for a similar situation, I am so thankful I did. The entire crew from management to cleaners are responsive, sensitive to the situation, helpful, kind, and incredibly professional. Neil and his crew did a phenomenal job restoring my father's home. We'll be moving him back home with us, and Steri-Clean took extra care to break down his furniture and move it to the main floor to make it easier to move. They took care and attention to find items that my father needs but had lost in his house (phone, medicine, wallet, etc.). This situation is a difficult and emotional, but knowing that I could rely on Steri-Clean to help get the house back in order took an incredible load off my plate. I hope you never need to use a company like theirs, however, if you do, I would recommend no one else. I doubt you'll find another company in this line of work as caring and compassionate as they are. I am eternally grateful for the kindness and warmth they showed me while I was navigating the process.

The Steri-Clean Houston West techs did an excellent job clearing out and disinfecting an apartment with multiple issues. They handled their tasks with professionalism and discretion even when unexpected complications occurred. Communication was clear from the beginning with what we could expect before, during, and after cleanup. The result was a home that could be lived in again. It wasn’t cheap, but the cost was absolutely worth it. It’s said that attitudes come from the top. Justine, the owner, is kind, patient, and understanding as well as flexible. I know that everyone in her company undertakes this demanding work with care and compassion. I recommend their services wholeheartedly.

Most of us know it's not a matter of if, but when tragedy will strike. For my family, it was last week. Unbeknownst to us, an estranged family member had become an extreme hoarder and I mean EXTREME HOARDER over the past few years after a family members passing. Well they passed away and left us with the most insane case of hoarder clean up anyone could ever imagine!

I contacted Steri- Clean located in NW Houston/ Cy-Fair area. I seriously don't know what we would have done without them! From beginning to end, they're the most compassionate, caring, knowledgeable, thorough and detailed staff I've ever seen or dealt with! Justine and Ken are amazing and the crew members... I cannot say enough about the absolute amazing job they did! They're all hero's in my eyes, for working in the conditions they had to work in. If you or a loved one find yourself in need of hoarder removal, cleaning, sanitizing, junk removal, etc... YOU ABSOLUTEY NEED CALL STERI-CLEAN! Mr .Woodley and his team is literally the best ❤️❤️! They came out to my grandmas hoarder house and carefully picked out and cleared out her items for us to sort through them. Her team were extremely hard working, prompt, transparent and incredibly knowledgable with our biohazard clean up, sorting of hoarded items, and handling of family valuables. Justine who is the owner is fantastic and understood our needs! The two young men were also fantastic!! They were professional, kind, competent, took their time, hardworking! I would recommend this place to anyone !! Unfortunately we rent this room and our landlord did not deal with the rat infestation, but they sealed the holes, and made our closets feel clean again. 10/10. Their organization skills is also amazing!!

Todd did an excellent job repairing/replacing our gutters and his price was reasonable too. Very responsive, great communication, punctual and great customer service. We cannot recommend him enough. 😊
