I was a little hesitant about trimming back my large Tallow tree; however, Houston Tree Service did a fabulous job. Even returned to cut back damaged limbs from adjacent tree. Great service both times. Highly recommend.

Excellent company, the staff who work with them are very respectful, Mr. Hugo is very attentive and punctual when it comes to working. They left everything very clean after they demolished 2 enormous trees. I had previously sought a quote and the prices were ridiculously high for the size of the trees. Houston Tree Team exceeded all expectations! They came out today—actually arriving ahead of the scheduled time—to remove two huge oak trees in front of our house. Their quote was very reasonable, and the quality of their work was outstanding from start to finish. They expertly took the trees down, ground the stumps, filled the holes, and left everything spotless. The entire crew was efficient, professional, and incredibly polite. We couldn’t be happier with the experience. Highly recommend Houston Tree Team!

No is answering the phone. They didn’t take the trash can this week. I hope they come to the address and take the the trash can.

Horrible service since acquired by WCA. Our dumpster has not been picked up in 3 weeks. Numerous calls and voicemails to customer service and dispatch go unanswered. Worst customer service I have ever seen.

We don't really have any issues and when we do they are pretty quick to handle it ....they are pretty good about picking up on schedule...overall great service!

This place is nasty..omg...there's so much trash and debris on the property. And nobody is picking up the lose papers laying all over the property.
I goto the securty guard to check in he's.wearing flip flops and nylon dryweave basketball pants. And playing on his phone while at work...😶.. doesnt seem interested in working just playing on the phone. 🙄sighs

i just started business with them , but not too happy . they dont pick up on scheduled day. I notified them to pick up after 10am because in the morning all the subcontractors are blocking the way to it. I will cancel if i keep having problems.

Our subdivision hired them to pick up trash and recycling. They gave us cans for each. I can't tell you how many times I see them pouring the recycling into the garbage truck! We are separating and washing out recycling to help the environment for nothing! This needs to stop! Are we paying them extra for this?

"Why should I pick it up?" Said the driver. Broken glass left by driver in this photo. He left broken glass all over the street: I almost drove over this on my bike: On June 16th at 3:30pm near 2327 Post Oak. licence plate : DPW 5133 after I offered to help him pick up all the glass, he said: " No, Im not going to. Why should I do it? I didn't over fill the dumpster". I tried to work this out over the phone for 4 days. I left 3 messages ... Nobody ever called me back.

I am a current customer but not happy at all with there service. They keep forgeting to pick up my trash. The sales lady ignores my calls when I reach out to her to get the trash picked up. They were desparate for my business but once they locked me in for a year there service dropped tremendously. I am going to talk to the owner and tell him everything happening with me. I am setup for automatic payment so I am never late in paying. Not sure what is going on with them.

The fact that I HAVE to give it at least ONE star is upsetting because this place is very unprofessional and deserves ZERO stars. We have had problems with our recycling getting picked up and have called numerous times with no resolve. When I ask to speak to a supervisor they are NEVER available and NEVER give you a call back like you are told. No one wants to take responsibility for issues that take place and brush it off saying it's completely out of their control. No one can tell you what service you have because they tell you something different every time. I am so displeased and just want the dumpsters removed ASAP.

Horrible service! Late most days, constantly upping the prices, careless treatment of other people’s properties (destroyed our trashcan) and their customer service is not only unhelpful but straight up rude!
