GFL HAD SIGNED THE CONTRACT BUT WHEN THEY SENT THE INVOICE IT IS COMPLETELTY DIFFERENT WITH THE CONTRACT THEY HAD SIGNED, WAY TOO MUCH MORE THINGS ADDED TO WHAT THEY HAD AGREED, IN BLATANTLY DISREGARD WITH THE CONTRACT THEY HAD SIGNED, THEY NEVER KEEP THEIR PROMISED WITH THEIR AGREEMENTS, EVENTHOUHT IT WAS CLEARLY WRITTEN BLACK AND WHITE IN THEIR SIGNED CONTRACT.
STAY FAR FAR AWAY FROM THE GFL WASTE SERVICES.

GFL has never let us done and has gone above and beyond for our needs. High recommend them for your waste transportation needs.

Bad Customer Service been calling since Feb 6 ,
Driver state me trash was picked up I'm still waiting!!! Been calling everybody no supervisor or manager has called me yet ... Keep lying about I'm on the schedule but that day hasn't came 😡😡😡😡😡

Terrible! First told us that you serve the house, so we paid and then called us and told us not serve there!

I’ve been leaving messages and sending emails to our sales rep Alma Garcia for the past two weeks. They don’t even bother calling you back,horrible customer service.

They are awful. Charge way more, pick up less. I put out my cardboard, according to their policy, broke down and tied up. I had 2 bundles. They didn’t pick up either on Tuesday and only took one on Friday. Plus they leave half of the garbage. They should charge comenserate with their service. I think $30 every 3 months is fair. Or do a better job!!! Get our $90 worth.

05/22/2024 front end driver decided to cut the line of trucks at Ruffino Hills today. He was blocking traffic on the feeder. Very unprofessional and rude.

I am a superintendent for a mid size GC. I’ve been dealing with GFL Environmental for two weeks and I’m ready to cancel the contract today. They have been nothing but a pain to get this dumpster picked up. I would not use this company ever. You must call into a call center. Drivers never respond to dispatch messages. Service is trash. DO NOT USE. I’m reporting to better business bureau.

Accident service I definitely recommended this company hard-working people very responsible even building department. Also very nice sometime. We call no one pick up the phone but after one minute, we receive the call back from them. Thank you so much for your service.

At Solis Tire Center, we look for a reliable tire disposals for our business. We really appreciate the work and effort of our rep Linda Vargas. She has gone above and beyond to help us with our business.

Trash never gets picked up on time. Even when I make a claim online of a missed pick up. Sales rep Alma never returns my calls she knows my number by now. So I call on a different number and sure enough she picks up. When I tell her the situation there’s no effect on any changes on their side being done only excuses. 3 weeks in a row with no pick on the trash service. The only thing they pick up if the deposit, oh don’t forget they won’t give a refund on the days they don’t pick up. Save yourself the type and money by not getting their service you will be disappointed in being in a contract with them. And the late pick ups are an ongoing things that never gets resolved.
