Phillip was so kind, honest and extremely helpful. I have been dealing with a rug that a cat peed on and I didn’t know what to do about it after cleaning it four times. Philip drove down, took a look at it and got to work! He even helped me take the rug up 8 floors! Can’t recommend this company enough. Thank you guys again.

I had my couch and carpet cleaned and I’m so impressed with the results! Phillip did an amazing job—he was professional, thorough, and friendly. Philip with Holden Wand, has been cleaning my carpets and upholstery for 15 years. He is honest, polite and reliable. And, ALWYS does an excellent job. My carpets look like new (and smell so clean and fresh) when he finishes cleaning them. I highly recommend this service.

I found this company by chance while looking for help cleaning my couch, mattresses, rugs, chair, bench, and recliner (pretty much everything that can'tbe put in the washing machine). Philip came out and did a wonderful job! He took his time, paid attention to detail. The result was amazing. He was transparent with his price on the phone, I thought the pricing was very fair. I will def use their service again.

I will always be a repeat customer of Philip’s for years to come! He does a fantastic job at a fair price, goes above and beyond, and is always so personable. I can’t recommend him enough. 10/10! We have 3 kids and 2 dogs, and he always makes the house look brand new!

Phillip was fantastic. Easy to book with through the online system and gave us a quote through there. We then received a call shortly after and were able to book a day/time that worked for us. They offered to even come out the same day because I mentioned that our pet had some accidents in our bedroom due to being sick.

Ultimately, I booked the 3 rooms and get the 4th free special + pet stain/odor for an additional fee. I found their specials pricing to be similar to others in the area, however I found their pet stain/odor removal fee to be more competitive. We tend to do an annual deep clean and will definitely be using Golden Wand whenever those cleans come around for us. They were on time, friendly, and professional.

I didnt know that my cat has mark my massage chair as it peed ground. At first i didnt notice it but the smell was so strong. But it was already too late, the cat urine has marinated deeply into the foam. I try everything i could as a home owner but nothing work. I then decided to call golden wand services. Their prices was reasonable and they came out the next day. I already know it was gonna be a challenge because the cat had peed on the same location everyday. So golden wand services came and did their best. They were very upfront with me about what to expect. I appreciate their honesty. At the end of the day, the smell was gone. I am extremely glad. Will update if the smell return once all the chemical dries up.

Phillip and Randy did a phenomenal job! They added new carpet padding, removed all the stains, and deodorized everything — the carpets look and smell amazing. It was a job I really didn’t want to do myself, so coming home to everything fresh and spotless was unbelievable. They’re such a great team — professional, friendly, and hardworking. I’ll definitely be calling them again if I ever need carpet work done in the future!

Philip does a great job, he's super detailed and trust worthy. He's punctual and communicates well. I've had my carpet cleaned, the grout in my tile (huge difference), wood floors and furniture cleaned.

I was scrolling looking at companies for carpet cleaning and I ran into reviews of Philip! I decided to book them and when I tell you this man is legit!!! I highly advise yall to use this company for carpet cleaning! He does much more after talking with him, things like tile, wood floors, air ducts and upholstery. I’m definitely using them for now on!!!

Mr. Malveaux did a great job cleaning tile floors and 2 large area rugs, getting pet stains and odors out. He also cleaned the carpet on 2 stained sets of stairs, got them looking like new! Highly recommend and will definitely use his services again!
