Words cannot express my appreciation for Golden Wand Home Services. Philip and Randy were absolutely amazing - very professional, kind, and easy to work with. I did quite a bit of research before choosing a company and decided to go with Golden Wand because of their outstanding 5-star reviews. Now I completely understand why!

My daughter's furniture had definitely seen better days - she has a large sectional that had been in storage for several years. It was pretty dirty and had lots of tough stains. Philip and Randy worked incredibly hard and were able to remove them all, leaving everything looking fresh and like new again. Philip went above and beyond, especially with the ottoman that was heavily stained. He took extra time and care to make sure it came out spotless.

What really impressed me was how much pride they take in their work. Philip even helped me remove my old rug, put down a new one, and make sure everything was put back in place perfectly before he left. Their dedication, attention to detail, and genuine care for their customers truly set them apart.

The communication was great, they called prior to arriving and followed up to make sure that my daughter was happy with the outcome as she was not home when it was being cleaned. Needless to say she was ecstatic!!!

It's rare to find a company that provides such excellent service with honesty, professionalism, and a great price. I'm beyond grateful for their hard work and highly recommend Golden Wand Home Services to anyone looking for a trustworthy, and outstanding cleaning company!

​We recently utilized Golden Wand Home Services for rug cleaning and were thoroughly impressed with the service delivered by Philip Malveaux.
​Philip was punctuality personified, arriving precisely on time, which we greatly appreciated. He expertly cleaned the large rug covering a significant portion of our 3,000 sq ft home, restoring it to a truly like-new condition.
​What stood out even more was his careful handling of two prized, 20-year-old silk Afghan rugs. His expertise with delicate materials was obvious, and the results were stunning.

​Beyond the technical skill, Philip’s customer service was exceptional. His care, professionalism, and commitment to quality were clearly visible throughout his time in our home. After finishing some remodeling work, I noticed dust and debris were affecting the dryer. I contacted What Lint in Houston to clean the dryer vent and make sure everything was safe.

The technician explained how construction dust can clog a dryer vent faster than expected. He handled the dryer vent cleaning thoroughly and made sure everything was clear.

Now the dryer is running efficiently again. It was an easy process and I am glad I took care of it early.

The man from What Lint was very funny and nice. He cleaned the dryer vent so well. My clothes are not damp anymore.

My dryer kept giving me an error code. I did not know what it meant. What Lint in Houston told me it was an airflow problem. They came out and used a special vacuum on the vent. It was loud but it worked great. They pulled out years of dirt and hair. Now the error code is gone and the machine is happy. This was the best home repair experience I have had.

My neighbor told me to call What Lint. I am glad I did. They were very respectful of my home and my cat. The dryer vent cleaning was done in one hour. They even wiped down the back of the dryer for me. That was very kind of them.
