I have used The Maids of West Houston for years. The ladies are extremely professional and they consistently do a fantastic job of thoroughly cleaning our home. The office staff is extremely friendly and easy to work with.

Always on time, always a great clean. I have used The Maids of west Houston for over two years. They use safe and gentle, yet effective, cleaning techniques. Their four person teams are well trained and know exactly how to divide and conquer our home's mess. We have three children under five, so, as you might imagine, the job is not easy, but The Maids make it seem so.

I would not trade services for the world.

They are very nice and friendly. Always happy with the work they do.

I hired them for a rental property that was left in disgusting condition. They arrived promptly and by the end the house was amazing. Very detailed in cleaning , especially blinds and cabinetry, including under sinks. The service is expensive but it was well worth my time saved on cleaning and the level of effort these ladies put into it.

I received this POOR service on 3/28/23. I requested a deep cleaning for a move-in home. The manager informed me that I wouldn't have to lift a finger to move in as they would clean every space thoroughly. I was informed that the floors, carpet, whole kitchen, cabinets, bathroom tub/shower, sinks as well as webs and dust within the home would be taken care of. When I saw the job the next day I was very disappointed. I spoke with Tulane and asked her to direct me to her manager Carina who was on vacation apparently. I expressed all the things that were not done such as the webs in every bottom and top corner, the kitchen overhead that still had grease from the last homeowners, the bathroom tub/showers not being thoroughly cleaned, the shower glass not being touched, the dust still on the blinds, the dust in the closets spaces. It just looked untouched. She began to tell me they don't cover those things! LOL If I would've known all the things they COULDN'T DO, I would've just cleaned the house myself! Also, they refused to give me the names of the maids who did such a poor job. (I wanted my review to be thorough) LOL. Tulane promised that she would have her manager get back to me to discuss any refund or services that can be done to compensate however, I have YET to hear from anyone. Very unprofessional ad a waste of money. Definitely not worth a $350 job.

For the most part, we are pleased. There are some minor issues every once in awhile like not cleaning sweeping/ floor under the sofas sometimes. Or missed on top of drive & other smaller appliances. Just stuff like that.
Also, when I choose a time frame it’s because that’s when I can have everything ready for the team. (Like all bedding washed/ folded, dogs gone to the day boarding or groomers) & Corina is always good at accommodating this for me. But on a few occasions when she wasn’t working those days, they come really early, like up to an hour before earliest time frame booked. I get if they get a cancellation right before our clean, but we won’t ever be ready before designated time frame.
So no major issues, or a deal- breaker, but The Maids is the most we’ve ever paid for cleaning services, and at the beginning (years ago) it was much better cleans.

I was going to give 3 stars but Im slowing finding areas in my apartment that were neglected. However they did have good professionalism, and were timely on arrival but that’s all. They had 3 people and took over two hours for an apartment that did not include folding clothes, or washing dishes. Moreover they never removed my dishes from dish washer or even asked. I had to ask for my windows to be clean and for them to wipe down my bar cart and they missed the side of my washer/dryer. The bottom tray in my freezer was not wipe at all. Also I have two king size pillows and two standard size pillows. They stuff and folded the king size in the regular pillow case and put the standard pillow in the king pillow, like why 🤷🏽‍♂️. There are a few other things but I don’t care to mention. Listen they over charge for their performance. Get me once not twice. I wouldn’t recommend them. Please do not use them.

The yellow team ladies did an outstanding job cleaning my vacant house from top to bottom. It sparkles! After a disappointing experience with a different cleaning company, this restored my faith that excellent service still exists. I recommend them highly.

The Orange team was awesome and did an exceptional job!! Highly recommend!

I have been using The Maids for over 2 years. The yellow team always does a very thorough job and are always on time. I highly recommend.

The Orange Team cleans my home every three months and they always do an outstanding job. I've been with this company since 2011. If you need a cleaning service, and you're in the area they cover, call them, you'll be as thrilled with them as I have been.

Had to give them a 5 star review! They cleaned my kitchen in places that I hadn’t even thought to do so. Highly recommend!

The just cleaned my house and the service provided is so low
They clean with dory rags from other homes, and the dust clean is not even right
They only clean spots, not entire furniture,
The sweeping is not complete They are just here to collect the hrs and the money
The representative of the business doesn't care about the customer from what I hear she just wants to collect the money
She did not even bother to make a video call or receive pictures
I know she is going to reply with some dump excuses, but the point is that she doesn't care about the client all she wants is the money

These good folks have helped with our home for several years. They keep us updated on schedule, arrival times, etc., and the only appointments they’ve ever missed were during the first of the COVID mess. This week the Orange Team under lead Mannet visited and delivered the same high level of service we’ve come to expect. Good folks, great service, HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

The maid company’s purple team did a real fantastic cleaning of my entire home. In one hour they cover 3 bathrooms , kitchen cleaning and vacuum plus mopping. Thank you team and i am happy with service you provided me.

Marinet and her orange team were fantastic and a pleasure to work with. They did a great job! Will definitely use them again.
