They always lied to me they told me to come at an exact time but they didn’t come and I called them no one answered and they texted me to come after one hour and i said ok but also she lied she never came

Horrible very unprofessional hired and paid them 50% prior to service and they did not call and did not Show and started ignoring my calls, text and my clients calls. Protect yourself and DO NOT HIRE this company.

SCAM!! I booked online and paid $50 upfront. Nobody ever showed up or called. The last time I called someone just said "Please text me" and never responded back. I can see that they have read my texts. Am now having to dispute the charge with my bank.

Made an appointment yesterday. Had to put an $80 deposit down. Was supposed to come at 12. Said they would be late and arrive around 2pm. Okay no problem….. all of a sudden it’s 5pm I have called twice no answer (and no way to leave a voice message) still haven’t heard from them and it is 8pm. I hope they call me first thing tomorrow.
UPDATE:
They never called me. I had to use my friends phone to call (I guess they were ignoring mine) and they picked up then I told them I wanted a refund of the deposit and they said “you can cancel it through your bank”

Very disappointed.

Highly recommended. I had my business serviced by Let it Shine and was so impressed, that they are also servicing my home now. Pricing is right, service is amazing and staff are respectful and thoughtful. If you are looking for cleaning services, this is the right company to hire. Highly recommended.
