I have been with Bee Maids for over 6 years. They have provided excellent service for me and I am happy to recommend them.

The cleaning was less than adequate. I have paid another service less than the amount they charged and gotten a much better job. Another service - My fully furnished house was cleaned by one person in the same amount of time as Bee Maids with two people and next to empty house. Bee Maids did not do as good a job. Even neglecting the shower niche , corners and under furniture. Was not going to leave a review, but they kept pushing, so here goes. Would not recommend.

Just had a deep clean and will be doing a regular clean with Bee Maids. They were fabulous and did an awesome job. I’m so glad I made the choice to do this. It takes a lot of stress off of me. I highly recommend them, the ladies were professional and efficient and were great with my dogs!

Worst experience ever! I would not recommend this company at all. They were (1) day late due to an emergency which is understandable.
Charged nearly double the agreed pricing. Bathrooms toilets, mirrors, sinks and all light fixtures all still very dirty with most never touched. They did not clean but half of the refrigerator. They did offer to come back (3) days after my party to clean the refrigerator and wash the dishes which my neighbor already washed.

I definitely understand about emergencies that is not the part that concerned me. I would not have written a review at all if you treated me fairly. Charging me nearly double with all of these issues was my primary concern. They notified me that $25 would be deducted for the day late arrival which they did not deduct.

We have a Ring doorbell which shows that the cleaning crew arrived to our house at 8:25 AM and left at 11:59 PM. The original estimate was 225.00 for the 8 hours of service based on the fact that only (2) of the (4) bedrooms were to be cleaned. The charge for the extra 40 minutes when the crew did not even stay the original expected amount of time .... was absolutely wrong. Plus, the extra charge for the refrigerator which was not cleaned. The pull out drawer is part of the refrigerator and not the freezer.

This was my first time trying Bee Maids, and I am so impressed!! This is the best housecleaning I’ve ever received!! The cleaning crew worked hard and left our home so beautifully clean. The staff is very friendly, and the customer service is outstanding. We are so happy to have found Bee Maids after being disappointed by other cleaning services. I was a Bee Maids customer for about 2 years. After selling my house and moving to Dallas, I thought the least I could do was to express my gratitude with a public review. Their service was always excellent, their attention to detail was second to none. They were always very helpful when I needed special request such as letting my 2 fur babies in after the home was cleaned. They even sent me a list of cleaning services they trust, so I can keep my new house clean. They are simply the best. Thank you, thank you thank you!!!!!

Gabriela and Raquel always do a great job but today they went above and beyond. Bee Maids holds their employees to a higher standard and I'm fortunate enough to have two women who always aim high! Plus, they are so nice to me and very careful in my home. Couldn't ask for better!

Fantastic job on a move out clean, highly recommend their services. It was well worth the money I spent, in fact they exceeded my expectations. If you need a move out clean they have great prices and do an amazing job.

I am beyond happy with the work these two ladies did in my home. They were extremely professional, meticulous, and incredibly thorough. Every detail was cleaned with care, and my home has never felt this fresh and spotless. On top of that, they were so kind and sweet, which made the entire experience even better. It is such a relief to find cleaners who truly take pride in their work. I highly recommend them and look forward to having them back again.
