Jeff Renken was promptly on time and extremely professional. He got right to work and in a very short time was able to completely fix the tear in my carpet by replacing it with a piece from the closet under the stairs. He did a great job at great price below my other quotes.

I was in a time crunch to have the carpet stretched for an inspection the next day, I Googled carpet stretching services. I called the first company that came up and there was no answer, so I dialed the second number and someone answered immediately.

After explaining my dilemma, I recieved, in my opinion, a very reasonable quote and an appointment two hours later. The technician, Jeff, arrived on time, was extremely professional, completed the stretching and since he gave me a reasonable quote on cleaning the carpet, he also cleaned and treated my carpet.

I am very impressed with the availability, professionalism and quality of work. He took time to ensure all of my questions were answered and that I was satisfied with the work. Thank you, Jeff!

I'm very satisfied with the cleaning of my carpert. My carpet is an off white color so it always looks dirty. Now it looks brand new. Jeff was on time for my appointment. I would highly recommend this company to anyone that needs their carpet cleaned and I will be a repeat costumer.

We used Pristine Carpet Cleaners in the past in our previous house and were amazed by Jeff’s job with our old carpet. So we decided to call him back when it was necessary to clean the carpet in our new house.

Jeff from Pristine Carpet Cleaning just came out to clean my wool rug and our game room carpet. After cleaning both areas look brand new. I would highly recommend them for your future cleaning. I was disappointed in the carpet cleaning. The owner was very courteous and that was nice, but a few days later, the pet odor that I needed removed was back. I was charged $200.00 to clean 3 rooms and then charged another $120.00 for the special deodorizer that would remove the pet odor. The carpet itself was fairly clean, but, I will go back to Sears carpet cleaners. They do as good a job for less than half the price.

Prior to contacting Pristine Carpet, we had COIT come out and give us an estimate. They told us the carpet needed to be replaced. Called Pristine Carpet and they came out the same day and did an amazing job. The difference is unbelievable! Never thought it would actually look this nice! Exceeded our expectations. We are so amazed and excited. Definitely give them a call if your carpets need to be cleaned! Two thumbs up!

Needless to say, she completely tore the carpet up and away from the door threshold. Jeff is thorough, knowledgeable and honest. He arrives on time, cleans up after himself and explains things clearly. I'm glad I found him and appreciate the work he has done thus far on my carpet repair needs. Pristine carpet cleaning did a great job with our carpets. We had a few pet stains. He explained the process and showed us how his machine worked. The prices are reasonable and so far, the carpet looks brand new!

My experience with Pristine Carpet is nothing less than excellence. I have used them every 3 to 6 months for the last few years. We have 2 dogs in the house and Pristine always leaves the house without a trace of odor. We had a toilet that ran out and throughout the house. I immediately called Pristine. He came in and sucked the water out, pulled the carpet up and assessed if the matting had to be replaced. Fortunately for us, the matting did not have to be replaced. He stretched the carpet back into place and shampooed the carpet with disinfectants so that we did not have any odors left from the overflow of water. He can get to the toughest of stains. I recommend Pristine Carpet for your carpet needs. His prices are reasonable and he provides excellent service.

Pristine Carpet Cleaning was perfectly on time for my carpet cleaning appointment and was super thorough when he explained how he was going to clean my carpet. My dog for three years has been going to the bathroom in one spot every time we left her out of her kennel at night and I was at a loss on how to get my carpet to feel clean again after using all the store bought cleaners for years. He also was super helpful when explaining what I can do to prevent my dog from continuing using my carpet for her bathroom. My carpet looks like new again!
