Shaka did an outstanding job on my roof. A few weeks after it was cleaned, we had a hail storm so I asked my roofer to come look at my roof to see if it was damaged. When the roofer arrived, he asked me:”Did you get a new roof?” That’s how good it looked after Tony cleaned it.

I highly recommend Tony with Shaka!!! He provided a quote same day, arrived promptly for our appointment time, and even confirmed our appointment the day prior to his arrival. Tony took his time and paid attention to detail. He truly takes pride in his work. We had all surfaces cleaned (house, patios, gutters, driveway, pool decking, roof, and curb). Highly recommend 10/10!!!

Very pleased with roof shingle and gutter cleaning by Tony. Roof looks great after the soft wash to remove black mold. Good price, showed up as scheduled, and completed job in a day. Recommended him to my daughter for driveway and brick cleaning and she was also very happy with the results.

Tony at Shaka Prowash did a great job soft washing our playground equipment and the rubber surface for our organization. He was flexible and super easy to work with. His prices are very fair and he took his time to make sure the job was done right.

Troy did an exceptional job on my driveway and sidewalks and patio. The photos were taken at least two months after the job was completed. Troy takes a lot of pride in his work.

Tony did an amazing job on our driveway and sidewalk. Very responsive and punctual. He takes pride on his work. I have before and after pictures on my driveway but unfortunately, didn’t get the chance to take a picture of “before” of my sidewalk.

Great service from J & J cleaning. My 1 bedroom apartment was cleaned out in 2hrs. He was punctual, the place was so clean once he was done. You'll get great value for your money.

Answered the phone and was very professional.
-After another company failed to show twice, stopped answering my calls and it was 1pm on the day I had to be out of the house, he was willing to schedule me in when no one else could. That's something I can really appreciate.

The owner of the company, Mr. Ricky, and his staff did my 5 bed room home in Katy. He was professional and the carpet came out looking really good. I don't know what he did but, the carpet dry pretty quick. I'm sure my dog liked it.

We love Sofy’s Cleaning Service. They send an email confirmation and are flexible if dates/times need to change. The staff is friendly and they keep our home clean.

I have never written a google review.. BUT with the bad customer service/business practices of this company, I had to. I gave 3 stars because I was initially impressed with use of technology by this company and their responsiveness to provide a quote/schedule. Also, Lucy and her counterpart did do a good job cleaning. Now, here’s the rub. I signed up for a deep clean. In the terms and conditions it says “4 hrs, 3ppl”. Well, they showed up with only 2 ppl. Obviously same work, 1 less person, the job would take longer. After 6 hrs of cleaning, Lucy has her husband call me to say because the 3rd person didn’t show up, it took them longer, and after 6 hrs I had to pay hrly. This is literally while they are in middle of cleaning my kitchen with dining room and office remaining. When they showed up they should have communicated it could be longer and cost more and given me option at that that time decide to move forward. Bad business to put someone back against wall to pay more when YOUR employee didn’t show up. The kicker is I am good tipper and would have tipped well over the $80 he charged me and been a repeat customer. The husband was very rude and doesn’t have a customer first mindset especially for issues that are not the fault of the customer.
