When I complained about the poor cleaning and the overpriced service (the agreed upon fixed rate became $60 per hour per person, because the crew kept doing less and less), I was offered a free cleaning almost as if they experience this type of complaint often. During the free cleaning the crew broke an appliance door. I then was told they would not assist with the repair even though their crew acknowledged responsibility. I could not imagine a worse experience. I noticed that any review that is not very negative is more than one year old, and EVERY review which is less than one year old is very, very negative. Someone else in my neighborhood also fired them this past month. Lucky for them, all appliances survived.

I wanted to be happy and hung in as long as I could but knowing what excellence is - I just can't settle. Needless to say that the first cleaning went well. After that it was down hill with a different team of ladies. Following direction just on getting into my home was a nightmare and our home was also left unlocked after we instructed and showed them how to lock up. The entire day it was left open. They attempted to make up for this mishap and gave me a free service promising that everything would be perfect and that it would be the original team and someone from the office would oversee the cleaning. The cleaning date came around and when I asked about the original housekeepers I was told that they were no longer with the company. I was also told that the manager would be with the new group. Thank goodness I was here to greet them because they had difficulty getting in AGAIN and no one was with them. I had to leave but called the office and was told that the person Mina would be there shortly. I have the Ring doorbell and they were literally at my home for one hour (should take about 2-1/2). I saw them leave and then hours later a person came to check their work. It was not Mina - I'm not even sure who it was. There are a few others issues/concerns that I won't mention here but my advice to you is - stay away from this business.

Molly Duct Cleaning of Houston TX is incredible!!! Today our AC went out. Molly Duct Cleaning was the only company I called that was willing to come out late on a Sunday night to fix our AC They did a great job on our AC and told us the air duct needed to be cleaned, we asked them to do this work too and they did it very well and quickly!! Molly Duct Cleaning is high recommend !!

You’re better off cleaning your house yourself. Was charged $400 for this by the way. I won’t even say more. The pictures will show what was “cleaned”

Had both my dryer vent and air ducts cleaned by United Dryer & Duct and the results were outstanding. The technician was very calm and focused throughout the job. My home feels completely refreshed. I recommend their service!!

I noticed a bunch of lint accumulating behind the dryer and realized that the transition hose was crushed. United's technician took care of the issue quickly and efficiently. He replaced the old plastic hose with a metal one. Their service is high quality. I will contact them again to clean my air ducts!!

I’m really happy with the service we received! The team was very professional and on time, but what I loved most was the transparency. They provided videos and photos every single step of the way, so I could see exactly what was happening inside my ducts without having to guess. It’s great value for the money and very reassuring.
