I own some rental properties throughout Houston and Melvin Vent, Duct & More is the air duct cleaning company I always use. They are professional, punctual and need little reassurance or checks to make sure they perform a good job. My tenants always tell me about how much better the air is after they leave. It really helps preserve the condition of my properties. So happy to have this company!

Melvin Vent, Duct & More, did a very professional and efficient job of air duct cleaning. They honored their quoted price with no surprise charges and the team was communicative about every step along the way. They also covered every vent to ensure everything was contained while they did their work. We live on a busy street in Houston and the amount of outside debris that got out of our vents was astonishing. The air duct cleaning that we needed to have done has drastically changed the quality of our indoor air.

It was a hot afternoon in Houston but the Melvin Vent, Duct & More technician remained cheerful and super informative. He told me that in this part of the state, the humidity makes lint stick to the walls more which is why it gets so packed full! The dryer vent cleaning was spotless, no mess, and super informative. Ms. Jones' spary cleaner is friggin amazing! It smells good and it actually breaks through gease like no other. I use it to clean my stove and it literally leaves it spotless. I use it on my floor, walls and bathtub. It's truly satisfying to find an all natural product made that actually works. I've bought other "green" cleaners and this stuff by far is the best. Plus she's a small business. This shows her integrity. I'm a customer for life.

There has been times where I needed a carpet cleaned within the same day and they took care of it . They are very punctual and great at what they do !!!
