Our technician, Randy, was very professional, knowledgeable, friendly, took time to discuss my specific needs regarding pet concerns, and went above and beyond. There was great communication with Safe Dry prior to our appointment and directly with Randy on the day of. Randy arrived on time and made sure I was happy before he left. The carpets look great and I would give him 10 stars if I could!

Looks a lot better after thorough cleaning. Was a lot of high traffic areas that Randy was able to lighten up.

Trevor came out on time and did a great job cleaning our carpets and removing pet stains. (An inevitably with an 18 year old dog, accidents happen.) He was courteous, professional, and efficient. It's definitely a different experience/type of carpet cleaning when you're used to seeing steaming, or shampooing and hot water scrubbing, but don't let that deter you! It's important to remember it's DRY CLEANING. We are happy with the service, our carpets are clean, and we will use them again in the future. Thanks Trevor!

Could not be happier with the service I received today and from the technician that was sent out. This upholstery I believe was too far beyond repair, but Dawson really came out and Trudeau. His word kept every appointment and would not leave until the couch looked new again thank you so much
