So far, TruGreen has been punctual and informative of all their services rendered so far. Each representative has been respectful of my property and knowledgeable of their services. Couldn’t have asked for a better lawn care provider

DAMION H's met his goal and ensured I was satisfied with his performance.
I was very impressed with DAMION H performance today.
Damion made sure that I understood what he was spraying on my grass. He was available to discuss any questions about today's service on my lawn and landscape. We made a plan and I will make sure that I do my part and water my grass.

Trugreen calls you, sets up plan, and doesn't call you back or follow through, until you cancel service... they .are promises and don't keep them. I've used them for the last few months... the picture below is their idea of weed clearing.

Don't fall for this scam. If you get a coupon in the mail telling you you get 50 % discount for your first treatment it's a lie. They only offer discounts for programs greater then three treatments. Find another company.

TruGreen runs its business in a great level of ethics and efficacy that I have never imagine. I just wish those who’s in need of lawn care, please try TruGreen to experience its wonderful performance.

I highly recommend Trugreen to anyone having problems with weeds ,brown spots, bare spots, crab grass, and all the like. Very efficient they are fast they get to the root of the problem and your grass is revived. When they are done your grass looks like a golf course ! TruGreen is the best!

True Green is very efficient and well organized business. Their staff are always nice and ready to serve you. Bruce A the technitian at site did a great work today, he detailed to me the work he was going to do and was very friendly and professional, willing to answer any question about the service. Hope will see him next time when my service will be due again.

This was my first time using their service and I can say first hand that the tech Christon was very great to work with. We got straight to the point with what was wrong with the lawn and he explained to me how the process works and even gave me the names of what the weeds were. He advised on what to do after the treatment as well and answered all the questions or concerns I had. I have a dog and wanted to make sure it was safe for him and he said it was but to wait at least 20 minutes. I can’t wait to have my lawn looking beautiful and the best on our street! I am hoping to see results of a better lawn and giving the company a benefit of the doubt despite all the bad reviews on here, I am hopeful.

Yard has not gotten any better. Techs Will not Come to the door and let you know that they’re there. Even when you leave your gate open. They will also Simply not perform the service at all. Even when you’re home, waiting on them After you asked them to come back out again

This is what you get when you use Truegreen. This started as a small patch; 6 calls later, over 3.5 weeks timeframe, I finally got Tom to come out to address this; as one can see my former beautiful lawn is no more!! I get to look at this throughout the entire Fall. You should see my mealy looking front yard after they applied Iron. Simply awful. The chain of command, from my first call, to the sixth call, what a joke!! Do not use them; I tried for one year and what they did in this timeframe just decimated my once lush and green lawn

TruGreen killed my trees and some shrubs and refuses to take responsibility for their negligence.

Ethan examined the grass for weeds and other undesired growths. He had returned treat the grass for weeds, and he also treated an area with fungus that developed under a bag of mulch. In addition, he treated it with insecticide to kill bugs and oxide to make it green. Courteous and knowledgeable, he provides excellent customer service.

Ladarrious (with the two nose piercings) came out to my home in Cypress a few days ago. Rang the bell and once I noticed it was Tru green, I jumped up to inform him that we had stopped services indefinitely MONTHS AGO. He did not do ONE GADDAMN THING. Again, we cancelled services with Tru green MONTHS AGO. He said okay thats fine. Here we are on Saturday July 12th and I’m being charged by Tru green for the “service” that Ladarrious didn’t do the other day. He literally wrote up the work form about how he put stuff down in the grass and was monitoring the flowerbed. Complete b.s.

This was my first time using True Green. Daryl explained all services and answered my questions to my satisfaction. Jeffrey arrived shortly after notification. After making his assessment of my lawn, he asked what were my concerns. He made suggestions about watering then proceeded telling me what services he would be performing. He was thorough and quick performing the services. I was very impressed with everything.

Our lawn looks very healthy and green this year because of the service. Thank you all very much!!

If you want to brag that you have the greenest yard, go with tru green. My yard stayed green all winter long! its only gonna get better!trust me,I know I've been a landscaper for over 30 years.

Bruce Atlee from TruGreen provided excellent service for my lawn. He did a thorough and effective job with both pest control and fertilizing, leaving my greens looking healthy and vibrant. I'm very satisfied with his work and would highly recommend him.

True green is absolutely terrible. My grass looks worse than it did before I called them out.
The sales or customer service don’t communicate with the techs at all.
Be carful, the sales team is very good but they don’t care once you actually sign up.

Tech shows up for 5 minutes and leaves the same notes for recommended actions to take on my yard, like is a copy and pasted sentence.
