I've been using Stratus Building Solutions of Houston for a few months now and I am very pleased with their service. I like the idea that I can communicate with the housekeeper via phone as well as through a book we have in the reception area. She lets me know when she needs products and I let her know when I need special attention to anything. I also love that the supervisor drops by on a regular basis to inspect the work. Thank you Stratus.

The company came back out and did a great job in making things right and cleaning the floors, rugs and grout as planned. They made it right and because of that I would hire them again to do more work!

We JUST started service with Stratus, and WOW, are we ever HAPPY!!! From the first appointment with Mekenzie of the sales staff, to our meeting with Karen who supervises the cleaning staff, to the AWESOME head of our cleaning team Agnes, everybody has been attentive to our needs, in communication with us, and VERY detail-oriented. We are so, so happy that we found Stratus and are looking forward to a long relationship!!

We have been using Stratus Solutions for over 10+ years. The staff is always pleasant and helpful. They do a wonderful job with our facility's janitorial needs. The office checks in and communicates with us every few months and does a complete walk through, which I really appreciate. Maria does a great job, and we are happy to have her help!

OK job but I don't like their business practices. They bill you on the first of the month before even service is rendered. But they routinely make "surprise charges" for one thing or another on the day the service is rendered, without prior discussion or authorization - "it's in the contract you signed". I never know what I am going to be paying each month. Would not recommend.

I have already attempted mitigation over the phone and during the conversation you made it very clear that you felt you did nothing wrong. I will be glad to provide further details if you think it would add more value to the review. However, first please consider that no one, would have given a thought to a 1 star review, with no explanation, when looking for their next pool service provider.

We have used Sparkling Pool services for several years. Their work has been excellent, punctual, and reasonably priced. If you need pool service, I recommend Sparkling Pool Service.

These guys have been amazing to work with. Very helpful, quick to respond when I reach out between appointments, keep my pool in great shape, great at troubleshooting issues, competitive rates, etc. Further, all of their employees are friendly and pleasant. Highly recommend!

Emailed them on February 23rd due to the pool not working after the big-freeze here in Houston. David responded immediately. They were out within a day or so, and with all the damaged pools that are out there, they got me on the schedule and within another few days I have the pool up and running again. One of their guys Mike came out - super polite, very professional, and was quick with getting everything back up and running. Overall an A+ company. Thx.
