I definitely recommend this company. Mr. Martinez was very professional and gave me a good quote. A few days later his guys showed up and installed my gutters in a couple of hours. I have absolutely zero complaints.

Technician was super friendly and completed the job well, attempting to remove traffic stains. I was shopping around for deodorizer carpet cleaning, was told that all was included in my quote. The technician said ok, it's not usually that price but I'll do it. He mentioned how they aren't communicated the exact job....so today as I go back to inspect the house, the odor is still present. I call to inform of status and instead of correcting the issue. He tells me "im going to involve my LAWYERS if you leave a bad review," that I was recorded, which is illegal to not be informed that I'm being recorded, side note. The matter could have been addressed so much more professionally and appropriately! Never using this company again!

After having a baby, I learned that my carpets would absorb mushed carrots and ham. The stains were ugly, and I knew something needed to be done. Captain Carpet Cleaners did an excellent job, and I am happy with their services.

I've had multiple rugs cleaned from this company for cat urination. The communication is always consistent, and the carpets have all come back in great condition. John always comes in a timely manner and is very informative about what I can do at home to clean myself.

JUST STAY AWAY. HE DOESNT GUARANTEE HIS WORK. DIDNT REMOVE MY STAINS AND LEFT THE HOUSE SMELLING WORSE. THEY CAME FOR 10 MINUTES AND BASICALLY VACUUMED MY CARPET AND LEFT IT WET. ALL STAINS I HIRED THEM FOR WERE STILL THERE LOL. STAY AWAY
