Cody and his crew did good work clearing the dead wood out of my trees to keep them healthy and even got my poor shaggy looking pecan that had been pruned badly by some previous owner looking great!

I have followed Justin Henley from his other company and he was very knowledgeable then. Now that he is a certified arborist and has gone with SavATree I had to call on him again. We have tall pine trees next to our house and had beetles that killed one of them he immediately contacted me back and was out the next day. He assessed our situation and had our one tree removed and the other pines treated. So far he caught it in time as we love our trees. Thank you SavATree for sending out a great professional crew and leader of the pack Justin. His immediate response saved my house and cancelled our fears. I’d recommend SavATree and Justin any day

This company was good until there was a problem and then they were very unprofessional. In my opinion, the difference between a great company and a not so great company is how they manage issues/problems. Every company is going to have issues or mistakes but do they try to rectify the problem/mistake or do they just make excuses and leave the customer holding the bag. Unfortunately for me, it was the latter with SavATree in Houston, Texas. I had used them for my saint augustine lawn and trees for approximately two years at a cost of several thousand dollars a year. I came back from Florida after 3 months of helping repair damages from hurricanes Helene and Milton only to find that approximately 20% of my lawn was dead. It was not dead grass but the grass was completely gone and bare dirt was showing. I have a large lawn in the front so it was very noticeable. I asked my Arborist what was going on and he was unaware. That was the first issue since i was paying them monthly to make my lawn look good and this occurred on their watch. With that said, oversights and accidents can happen so I let that issue go. They came out 2 weeks later and took a sample of the grass/soil and some pics. A week after that they told me is was a fungus called “Take All Root Disease” and that they recommend 6 treatments at a cost of $1600. I asked if there was a warranty or guarantee before I pay the $1600 for the service and the Arborist simply said, “No”. I then asked to speak to a manger or supervisor as it made no since to me that they would offer me a solution to a problem that occurred on their watch but not stand behind there product/service after I spend $1600 on top of the several thousand that I was already paying. I was given Johnny Daily’s phone number and told that he was the Arborists boss. The professional thing to do would have been to have Johnny call me and work through the situation. Instead, I was given the number to call. I called the number and got his voice mail and left him a message to please call me. He never did. I told the Arborist that I did not receive a call back and he did not seem to care or offer any assistance. I requested the Arborist cancel all my future services with them two days later. His reply, “Will Do.” Very unprofessional! I do not usually write negative reviews but I felt like I might be able to save someone else a great deal of frustration.

SavATree is doing such great work on our trees! Martine and his crew climbed into the tall oaks and did a fantastic job.
Cam J and his crew (Kennedy and Nono) are incredibly knowledgeable about the roots - our Sycamores, oaks, and holly trees are in fine shape again.

SavATree has done a great job reviving my Taylor Juniper Trees with their underground injections of Kelp and Fertilizer Boost. My trees went from discolored and drooping to bright green and growing taller and faster than I have ever seen them before. Wilbur also provided great service by walking me through the whole process and explaining how the treatment was performed to ensure we got all of the fertilizer that we paid for. Would highly recommend!

Thank you to Cody and his crew, who came today, on time, they got straight to work and were careful and courteous and left the yards looking perfect. They were very professional and they are insured! Very important to me since they are working closely around our house, pool, cars and HVAc units. We have been very happy with the work that was done by Savatree. We have had wonderful results from recent treatments that we needed to restore the health of a large Holly tree that had shown signs of stress. We had concerns about several trees that were in a position to damage our house and pool and we had them corrected today in a way that is best for the health of our trees and that we can avoid having to remove the trees that add so much beauty and comfort of our property

I am A female, 80 something years old.. I need all of the help I can get with my aging yard and trees!! My specialist Kyle Was here today to feed and evaluate A Holly tree that they had planted for me last year. Kyle Was extremely knowledgeable, Courteous and professional. Whenever I need help or advice, I have Called on SavATree For several years now And they have always been there for me.

Wonderful and educational experience. My live oak is close to 100 years old, and I was worried about branches that were breaking frequently and lots of tree dropping and turning colors. I'd had other companies come to check the tree. They charged me for the inspection, didn't give much more than a bill and an estimate for more, invasive, treatments. SavATree's Justin Henley came out, inspected the tree carefully. He gave me loads of detail and information about what the tree needs and how to keep it healthy for a long time. His recommendations for treatment really focused on the care, health, and longevity of the tree. They really listened to my concerns and tailored a plan to my tree's needs. It was much less invasive to the tree, and he talked to me about the longterm care they could provide. I much preferred that SavATree was interested in the long care for the life of my tree and in retaining me as a client more than a one and done expensive treatment just for my money. Great customer service. I really appreciated the information they gave me to grow my knowledge, too. Care about me and my tree. That is rare. They earned new customer today, for sure!

Cody and his crew did an excellent job on a large cottonwood removal near our house and pool equipment. They were quick, polite, and caused no damage to our property during removal. they also left the area clean when they were finished. I would definitely use these guys again!

Josiah came out to my house today and we walked around my entire yard. Very friendly, Very patient and very informative on all sorts of things. Gave some great advice and looking forward to doing business with them again in the future! Highly recommended!

Mike Scott, arborist, was great to work with. He answered my questions, did try and up sell me on work I didn't need. His advise and recommendations all made sense.
Cody and his crew that came out to perform the work were great. They completed the job as discussed with Mike. Work was fast and clean up was great.

Gabriel came for an estimate and I was immediately impressed with his professional enthusiasm and knowledge for the care of trees. I've been challenged with mediocre trimming previously but I instinctively knew he was the guy. Even my neighbor came out and hired him. Shannon in the office was instrumental in scheduling, dodging rain days, and keeping me informed.
The crew was very professional and clean afterwards.
He will definitely be on my future call schedule for trimming. If I had more trees now he would be taking care of them.

Cody and Crew were fantastic! Our house is known for the large crape myrtle in the front; it’s our grandsons’ and friends’ favorite climbing tree. We planted this tree 40+ years ago and I carefully manicured it for the open limb structure until it got too big for me to manage. Cody and his crew were careful about every cut they made, with both my aesthetic and doing what’s best for the tree always guiding them. I will definitely request them the next time!

If you need work done on your trees I highly recommend Savatree. We had many dry dead branches on our willow oak in our front yard and they came out and inspected it pretty quickly. Within a week or so a crew was out clearing the dead wood off our tree. Now our tree looks great! The crew was efficient, safe, professional, and courteous. They made sure they got every last bit of dead wood off our tree at the end. They also hauled off all the trimmings when they left.

They pruned 9 trees for us, some small, some huge. This was much more precise and strategic pruning than we have gotten previously from typical tree-service companies that leave a card at your door. They timed it when the trees were dormant, so all the new growth in the spring will be where we want it. The arborist and crew chief discussed each tree in detail before the job started. Each cut was planned to make the tree look good, grow they way we wanted it to grow, and be safer from hurricane damage. The crew was very friendly and neat. They spent two days pruning and cleaning up. The results were beautifully. It cost more than regular tree-service guys we have used in the past, but you usually get what you pay for. These results are beautiful and should look better and be safer in the future.

SaveATree identified a 30+ year old pine as infested with pine beetles even though most of the pine needles were green! We scheduled its removal about 10 days out. Yet within one week of their assessment the tree needles were completely brown! Then, great work by Raul and his crew to not only remove the beetle infested 30+ year old pine, but clean it up in just an hour! They took it down in one fell swoop to avoid the beetles moving to other pines.

100% satisfied with this company. Chris is extremely knowledgeable, as well as kind and accommodating. His crew did a great job raising the canopies on our live oaks. Our huge crape myrtles presented a challenge, as they had not been trimmed in years, and Chris stayed with the job until it was completed perfectly. We look forward to future interactions, as we seek to keep our many trees healthy and beautiful.

Cody and crew did a great job cutting down my dead loquat tree. It was challenging bc they had to walk around my pool to carry out the branches. Left the place nice and clean! Highly recommend!

Cody & crew did their work quickly and thoroughly. We have three huge Live Oaks that are over 70 years old and have been taken care of quite well through the years. We especially appreciate Mike’s expertise (from the previous owners of this group, Arbor Care) who has been working with us since we bought the property 20 years ago. Today, Cody listened to our requests, answered our questions, was knowledgeable, professional, and helpful to us while we made decisions. We recommend the new group, SavATree, highly.
