Meticulous cleaning, under the beds, under furniture...The Maids clean like it is their own house they are cleaning! Excellent Service

They do a fantastic job! I use their service 4-6 times per year for a good deep cleaning.

I used the Maids after getting new flooring installed. I asked that they pay special attention to the baseboards due to having tile removed. I noticed a lot of debris left on my baseboards after they were finished cleaning (a surprising amount). I texted the owner with six pictures showing the issue and to my surprise she did not respond to my text or call. I was pretty disappointed being that it was a very pricey job and there was absolutely no follow up at all or concern about the quality issue I presented to her after completion.

Update: The response below is untrue. I texted Michelle in October 7, 2019 at 7:23 pm the following message along with pictures. “Hi Michelle, thanks so much for scheduling our home so quickly last week. One of the biggest ask that I had was for the baseboards to be cleaned and while putting items up near my pantry I noticed baseboards filled will dust from the construction. Just wanted to make you aware.” No response, no reply, no call back. I would never post a message if I did not reach out to rectify the situation.

I loved this maid service. They were the best I ever had. They tried to meet all my needs. They were flexible. The maids were really nice people!! My house looked fantastic. It was Christmas every two weeks!

A phenomenal cleaning service! As a new home owner I was hesitant about hiring a cleaning service for the first time. But the experience was so smooth, the staff were so friendly, and they really went the extra mile to clean every inch of the house - it looks like new again! This is a fabulous service! The Maids come on a regular schedule, are fast, friendly, and most of all do an exceptional job. Before each scheduled day they send a text as a reminder and as a way to ask if there is anything special I need them to focus on. I am very happy with this service!

We have been using The Maids of North Houston since 2014 and couldn't be happier. The team spends several hours cleaning my home from top to bottom and the girls are simply delightful. Before each cleaning Michelle sends me a text asking if I have any special requests or needs. Their customer service is exceptional. I highly recommend!

We've been with the maids for about 2 1/2 years now with no regrets. They are always on time and do a great job. If something should arise that needs attention, Michelle will always respond to your call or text promptly. As an added bonus, their rates are reasonable. Give them a call.

First time getting any professional upholstery cleaning done for my small sectional lounge sofa. Ruben arrived on time (within allotted time-frame) was very kind and professional, and did a phenomenal job on the couch. We will definitely request them again! Thank you!

The cleaning was decent, the staff was nice and friendly but the aftermath was not great. Moved furniture was not put back, debris everywhere, one of the vent was not put back, and the other wasn't installed correctly. I didn't expect to hire another cleaning service to clean up after a cleaning service, specifically after paying a premium price.
