Haden did an Excellent job cleaning my carpet in major areas of the house (and a small couch). Along with regular wear and tear, my dog had been sick for a while and threw up many times. The whole carpet is now back to it's original light color! and the "dog" smell is gone!

I got a quote for their rug cleaning service and ended up getting both rugs cleaned all within 2 hours. They were professional and thorough in reviewing the rug fabric and cleaning according to the composition. The rugs look good as new!

*UPDATE: the manager reached out to book a re-clean since I was not happy with the results of the first cleaning. Rudy came and he worked hard to remove the stains by hand with a brush! He was very thorough and took his time. I definitely see a difference now. The stain is faded and barely noticeable now. I will definitely be calling Rudy back for some more work.

Initial post:
I got my rug steamed cleaned by Steam Master and am not happy with the results. There are some simple food stains that did not come off and for being a $262 professional clean…I don’t think it was worth it. This is how much a basic steam clean cost for a 9x12 rug & that was AFTER a discount (initially priced $432 + $28 environmental fee + tax). If you want a basic clean, then it’s more cost-effective to rent a carpet cleaner and do it yourself. It’s kinda crazy to think my initial quote was $804-$1180 (this includes their recommended special treatments that each cost you an additional $50-$200). My main target area was a yellow vomit stain from when my son was sick. When I look at it now, it basically looks the same. So I don’t think the steam cleaning really did anything.They did give me a heads up that they might not be able to remove the stain completely but I expected better results than this. There was no attention to detail or really any extra effort to get other stains out.

There was also some miscommunication with the technician about the price which made this experience even worst (I thought my sectional couch was also being included). Turns out that was an additional $264.

FYI: They don’t give any prices or quotes over the phone. They will set up an in person apt with you first to go over prices. Which I find even more inconvenient.

If you’re thinking about getting your furniture cleaned, make sure you understand the breakdown of the quote they give you and that any of their special treatments (which you will most likely need for stains) will cost you $$$.

I want to thank Matthew and Benjamin for an outstanding job on steam cleaning my carpet. The carpet was past due for cleaning. Matthew and Benjamin's expertise in restoring my carpet to almost new after 4 years of high traffic being applied to it was a wonderful sight to my eyes. Thank you once again for a job well done.

We were in the hunt for a company that could clean a stubborn milk spillage in our car and luckily my husband came across this company online. They reassured us they could help fix our problem and we got an appointment as early as the following morning. Dylan Garrett was very professional and friendly, he answered all of our questions throughly leaving us with a clear understanding of our service. He did an incredible job in cleaning our vehicle’s carpet and getting rid of that horrible milk smell. He gave us such a great deal as well which was amazing given that most car detailing companies weren’t able to do the same service or overcharged us like crazy. We are beyond satisfied with our service and definitely recommend this company!

David, Anthony, and Manny were great. They showed up on time, were creative in their method to get the equipment into my difficult loft. The work they did was awesome. They took their time and hit my sofa's problem areas a few times to produce the best result with my weathered 20 ft couch. The couch looks night/day better. Haden came and cleaned my carpet last week and the before and after was amazing he was very thorough and recommended the treatments needed to get the best result. I highly recommend Steam master cleaning if you need a restoration for your carpet.

Matthew and Rudy were fantastic. They walked us through exactly why the cost was high (blood born pathogens) and then after, they cleaned extra. It took an incredibly long time and they were working the entire time.

They were amazing with moving very heavy appliances and decorations to get to areas that needed great care.

If we didn't live, 1400 miles away we'd set up a business account with this company. Highly recommended.

Kyle cleaned 1 large couch cushion and did a great job of removing a large stain plus several small stains. I was very impressed with his consideration for my great grandson. He chose to do the cleaning on our patio instead of inside the apartment so he would not interrupt my 2 year old great grandson's play time or scare him with the cleaning process.

We had Cris clean the tile, grout, carpet, and our sectional couch. He was very thorough explaining the process and what was/wasn’t included and very professional and communicative throughout the cleaning process. We received several quotes to do the work and found them to be the best value and are happy with the results. Would recommend.

David and Matt did an excellent job extracting the water from my spare bedroom when my tub had a pipe leak. Emergency I was worried we would not be able to extract all the water. I made a quick call and these guys came to the rescue quickly and efficiently, they stayed as long as the carpet was clean and dry it also had been deodorized . So thank you hard working David and Matt, for a job well done!!

Peyton did a great job cleaning my carpet that had different stain from high traffic, to food spills and a few pet stain. Definitely recommend!

I had a great experience with the service. My technician was was extremely knowledgeable and ensured me that he would do his best to meet my satisfaction and he did exactly that my carpet was worn down and had heavy traffic areas and it look 100% better I am extremely satisfied with Dylan Garrett he is amazing.

My dog had surgery recently & has peed on the couch a few times this week. We called Steam Master and they came out the next morning. Kyle did a great job, and went above and beyond for our upholstery cleaning. He even moved the couch out for me. He made sure everything looked good too before leaving. And my couch is back to normal! No more stains yay! Thank you. I posted after & before photos of my couch and dining chair.

I scheduled online and was able to get next day service. My furniture looks great! Food stains are gone! Jimmie went above and beyond, removed the water stains from my previous attempts to clean my linen upholstery, added Scotch Guard, made sure everything dried quickly. Jimmie was great to work with. Extremely professional and friendly. Highly recommend this cleaning service!

Jimmy did an outstanding job. I was extremely doubtful since we had previously hired a carpet cleaning company, nothing compared to steam master. I walked into my house room in pure shock to see an ACTUAL difference. 10/10 recommend and will most definitely be using for future cleanings!
