Initially I was reluctant to have ANYONE that I didn’t know into my house. After our initial meeting, my concerns were quelled.
My experience with this Dynamic Duo has been WAY ABOVE anything I could have imagined. Lino and Elizabeth are beyond reproach. Their integrity is is something in which you can COUNT ON! They always do a through job, no matter what I ask of them. They guarantee their work, and their prices are more than fair. Where might you find that from this field of service? I haven’t found anything that they won’t do to help. Both are personable, Honest, exude care and concern and after all my suspicions of ANY SERVICE. I dont know what I’d do without them. I would very highly recommend MR and MRS to anyone with concerns, or a penchant for quality. Lino and Elizabeth won’t let you down.

I reserved through Maria in advance to clean my employer's residence and with higher than average cleaning fee, I expected them to be professional. Maria's unresponsiveness after she promised she will send the cleaning crew back is the reason I will no longer work with this company.

The website and everything appeared very professional. On the day of cleaning, Maria said the cleaning slot was arrival time although she never mentioned that. They arrived an hr and half late, did average work, left dusts uncleaned in plain sight, kitchen backsplash behind the stove & sink unwiped, and a bath tub with dirt still there. Mind you, they only cleaned less than half the house for 2hrs with 3 people. After my report of incomplete and unsatisfactory service, Maria said cleaning wasn't timed and flat rate for the entire house... but they didn't clean the rest? It made no sense

My employers are nice people, tipped the cleaning professionals when they said they were done. But Maria stopped responding to confirm completing the service after I have sent her all she asked for.

Office staff do not communicate effectively and timely with cleaning staff. Office staff never call back with updates after they say they will. Message updates with arrival time are not accurate. “Arriving shortly=another hour or hour and a half” Unorganized business. After given a list of specific places to clean, cleaning staff still failed to complete tasks. Window seals still left dirty and closet rods left dusty. The lady that spoke English understood the assignment and completed her portion, while the other one that didn’t speak English failed. The woman that spoke English didn’t help her partner understand what was expected. Resulting in overall customer dissatisfaction. Will never use this place again.

I've been using Mr and Mrs cleaning a few months now. This family is absolutely wonderful! I'm thankful to have found them. They make my life so much easier by maintaining it clean and coming every 2 weeks. They are always on time, very reasonable prices, extremely professional and here to get the job done right! They ensure quality by asking for feedback on their job. They have a user friendly app where you can pay and know when they are in route to your home. They are very trustworthy and friendly! Thank you so much for being my preferred cleaning service!!
