Erick at Maintenance Warriors has been my office contact. We started with a deep house clean that was about 25% cheaper than a city wide company we used previously.

I now have them coming to my house monthly and trust their staff and do an awesome job!!!

I also hired for yard sod installation after getting one of those nasty HOA letters. They did the job right by using a stump grinder to get exposed tree roots. Next they hand scraped to dirt and applied sod. They did an awesome job and no more HOA letters!!!

I cannot say enough good things about this company. We moved into an already existing restaurant which was not left in the best condition. Our drains were dirty, the walls and floors were dirty, and the equipment was a mess. Randall was very professional and understanding of my budget. Highly Recommend their service for your cleaning needs. We are a small office and for the past year we tried to keep the office clean ourselves. We would take one day a week and all stop what we were doing and clean. I thought I would give Maintenance Warriors a try and see if it was worth the cost. I did not realize how clean and amazing the office felt after using them. We are now on regular rotation.
