Caution** quotes one price and changes** Booked an appointment and got a quote to steam clean 4 rooms. Arrived (an hour late) and instantly started saying how large she the house was (2100 sqft). Showed him the rooms and he tried to raise the price 80 dollars. Initially it was because of “the room size” but when I said they were not large (12*12) it changed to it being a Berber carpet being more difficult. (He also didn’t know the exact name of the carpet l, just that it was more difficult) I stated I could have told him this if he had asked when quoting, but he did not.

Mr. Perez was very nice and thorough cleaning our carpet. He did a excellent job and definitely recommend him to anyone in need of deep carpet cleaning!

For Servando ot was about the job not the time. He did not leave till he was satisfied. Absolutely phenomenal job, hired someone else before him they spent an hour and their work was horrible he was here for 6 hours. Definitely worth every penny I spent I even tipped him after because of the excellent job he did

Mr. Nando was awesome! He was very professional and knowledgeable. The company I work for just leased a new office space and had two offices with pretty nasty carpets. He came out and was able to get them clean despite how bad they looked. He is very affordable and does high quality work.

The man who came and did the job his name was Nando he was very professional and very polite. His work was extremely well done. The captain chair's and the carpet looked like new when he finished. Mr.Servando was very friendly and professional, very thorough with everything he cleaned paying close attention to remove any stains the carpet had, he was able to remove some old(hard) slime stains/spots. Good prices and great service, will definitely use this company again in the future.
