He did an amazing job. I’m so glad I went with this business to clean my carpet. I was a little scared because I didn’t know what to expect. But he did amazing, and he took his time and made sure everything was perfect. He is very trustworthy as well.

Servando did an amazing job with my carpets. He used A-class products and left everything clean and neat when he finished. His price was great also. He will be in charge of my steam carpet cleaning from now on. Polite and caring, highly recommendable!

Very professional and honest man. Our landlord didn’t want to replace our carpet after a water leak so Mr. Perez went outta his way to replace the padding underneath and cleaned and sanitized the carpet in both bedrooms.

Servando did such an AMAZING job!! He is the best carpet and upholstery cleaner that you can ever find anywhere in the entire state!! He is friendly, professional and does a fantastic job. We really enjoyed meeting him. He was also flexible with us needed to leave before he finished and we arranged a way to keep our home and belongings safe after he was complete. Book the service. Even if you have an issue(we didn’t) he will listen and do what is within his power to make it right. We did have to ask him how to prep the house as we didn’t know, however, even that wouldn’t reduce this 5-star service and outcome we received. The services were affordable as well.

This company is horrible and very unprofessional...they were on they phones the whole time and when i said something about it they left and made up some excuse about they cant clean up because of bugs in the house, only for arkin to tell me they arent any costing me $200 for nothing!! I called the manager to tell them what happen and the people are complaining that they were bit by bugs so i then ask the manager if they can show her any bite marks and she said well no but we didnt charger you...this company is trash and the people they send are trash!

My husband picked this service and I came home disappointed. You know that feeling you get when you walk into a clutter-free clean and clear home? Me neither and I'm sure we paid a decent price to get that feeling. Oh, well.

Was quoted one price over the phone and was sent a higher price in the confirmation email. 1st appointment was scheduled for 8am & no one showed up, emailed or called by 8:30. Not acceptable. Called and cancelled services immediately.
