Handyhands did a great job cleaning my windows! The team was polite, professional, and easy to work with. The booking process was smooth, and they showed up right on time.

The only small issue was a little water left behind near the front entry, but it dried up quickly and wasn’t a big deal. Overall, my windows are spotless, and I’m really happy with the results. I’ll definitely be using their services again and recommending them to friends!

Rafael services our pool and we couldn’t be happier with his responsiveness and professionalism. He is reliable. And when I call CK for any issues they are just as responsive. It’s nice to have a vendor you don’t have to worry about.

I dont normally do reviews, but I feel it is my duty to tell my community about this company. If I could not rate this company I would give a ZERO! Don't use this guy/Sean, for any pool repairs! He gives an incomplete bid, YOU HAVE TO BUY stuff your pool needs (skimmer and main drain cover) and he added a charge for the plumber! He is a contractor that doesn't communicate with his client except thru text! He didn't even contact us to reschedule for the plumber (and you can see those picture!) See attached photos of the job he did for us an make your own assessment.. and NOW I have to have someone FINISH the 7800 job! Never again!
UPDATE..this morning hubby went to vacuum the pool and noticed a RIP in the liner near one of the jets. He notified Sean immediately. Looks like a patch job on a BRAND NEW liner! The kicker is that the guys that did the job and US were blamed for the damage! Picture to be added..

Tracy does a great job taking care of our pool. He is very consistent with when he comes to our house, the thorough job he does, plus leaving us great notes and pictures.

Viktor and CK Pools offer excellent dependable service. We’ve been using them for years and it’s a great experience to not have to worry about the pool. They take care of everything for us.

Started good, some good people have quit, now just a bad company who has too many issues. I started complaining about the pool service 8 months ago, they never called back, came out to service my filters, left leaks on the system, came back to repair it, never fixed it. I fired them 6 months ago, disputed the charges, never heard back. Never got an invoice from them ever. 6 months later they charged my cc. Called them, all excuses no accountability.

When I started the service, they had a GM by the name of Josh, who came to my house and really took care of the pool. But he has quit, when I told them how good he was, they went on to say he was a thief. Well, there are certainly issues, so not recommending them to anyone.

Jake has been cleaning our pool for the past 3 years. He's consistently been friendly, professional, and diligent. Highly recommend.

Nolberto with CK Pools is great! He chats with my kids and does a wonderful job. We have been through several pool companies and I think we’ve found one with staying power!

Jesus does do a great job. I appreciate him keeping my pool nice & clean, he always closes 2 gated which is important doour dogs.

All. Be mindful of using CK Pools. Their marketing looks professional but their service is sub par and billing practices questionable. They took over contract of my previous pool service company and the following months turned problematic with pool equipment with one failure after another and excessive fees. I changed companies and the new company confirmed my suspicion on CK Pool’s deceiving maintenance practices.

We’ve been with CK a couple of months now and they have been excellent. Jon is our service tech and he is punctual, polite, and knowledgeable. I’ve almost completely stopped thinking about pool work and just leave it to them.

Jon is friendly and knowledgeable. He always leaves our pool sparkling! He closes and locks the gate. He is also careful with his materials since we have a pet. 10/10!

Ramiro has always been very courteous and respectful while doing a great and thorough job. In over a year we e never had any issue with our pool.

Richard did the weekly service on our pool today. He was very thorough and suggested an easy solution to a chlorinated problem. He also answered my questions about preparing for the freeze this weekend.
