I understand that the concrete could not be cleaned to my liking, which has nothing to do with your service. However, the equipment left rust spots on my sidewalk and flower bed.

Hired Larry’s Pressure Wash to remove a large stain on my concrete patio. He promised it could be removed and charged me $261, claiming he used “special chemicals.” All he actually did was spray bleach.

The stain is still there, completely visible (see photo). When I brought it up, he gave me no solution and just moved on like the job was done.

I feel completely ripped off — overcharged for something that didn’t work and could’ve been done with a bottle of Clorox. Definitely do not recommend.

Larry was on time and did a really good job. My white porches were full of spider webs and they are spotless now. Highly recommended!!

HOA wanted the mold/mildew stains removed from my chimney. The $40 worth of junk from Home Depot was a total waste of time. A quick google and a call to Larry’s saved the day! Professional, courteous, and done… Now HOA can go away!
