The advertisement that got my attention was $129 for ALL 3 rooms, which I have the screenshot, but once they get here, the woman tells me they can give me a deal : 4 rooms, plus deep cleaning for $400..
she said it's $400 because the deep cleaning product they use removes any parasites and bacteria.
I trusted that what she said was true, so I agreed.

Two of the rooms were in need of a deep cleaning as I use them as guest rooms, so I had them come for those two rooms specifically.
But after sleeping in the two rooms to test them out (1 room the first night and the second room the next night), I noticed there was no difference in the carpet.

It went from $129 for 3 rooms to $400 all because of some "special deep cleaning" product they use but the carpet is still the same.
There is No difference as I Still have that same issue with the carpet.

In these videos, you see a man taking his time and doing it with care, but when they came to do my carpet, the guy was going so fast and was more focused on the hoover lines (carpet pattern) he was leaving behind rather than focusing on getting the carpet cleaned.

Horrible service. Not a satisfied customer.
I trusted their word.
This is very stressful and very unprofessional on their part.
I am Extremely disappointed.
I do not recommend this place to anyone.
They are Not honest at all.
Do not waste your time and money on this place.

They did a nice and thorough cleaning my 4 rooms carpet looks n smell great ! Would recommend, I was concerned because of some bad reviews and I gave them a shot and glad I did !!! Awesome job guys !!

This company came out to steam clean my carpet and tile in a home I was about to rent. They told me my carpet and tile would look brand new after they steam cleaned. After opening the door for them maybe 30 minutes later they were already finished. After letting it dry I came back the tile was still filthy the odor in one of the bedrooms from pet was till lingering and the carpets were not done properly. Oh there pricing says 129$ and I was charged $350 . I had to pay another person to come out and redo the carpets which basically showed they weren't even touched the water was filthy. After coming to them about my concerns they want to come redo after I've already paid someone else to do it properly. they won't refund and won't hold themselves accountable for what they done. Also other reviews mention things going missing doing a background check on the people running this company came back pretty interesting

Stay away these guys they will lie to you and state they can clean your carpet and remove pet urine smell and they cannot . Me a disabled veteran myself I have always been a man of my word. I reach out to this company and scheduled an appointment to get my area rug cleaned. I asked could they get rid of pet urine stain/smell, they stated they definitely could. Once the rug dried it smelled worse. I called them stating the smell is worse now they came back out to re clean and failed once again. They actually made it worse I had to put the rug outside. I called again the owner stated that he would send someone out again to clean the back of the rug and that would work . They never showed up and have been avoiding my calls and messages. I called from different number they answer then once they find out it’s me they hang up in my face at this point I’m frustrated, and yes I said some words. I paid for service I did not receive and now they refuse to refund my money or even answer my calls.THESE GUYS ARE HORRIBLE AT CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS. Stay away they will just take your money I have no idea how they are 4.7 stars looking at their quality of work 0 stars yes. I will also be reporting this company to BBB so this doesn’t happen to anyone else.

Love these guys! Fantastic communication, punctual and professional. They did our master bedroom, price was reasonable after a quick look and needing extra treatment due to pets. I had high hopes and they delivered! It’s been a week and the room still smells fantastic and looks great.

Will be calling for our other rooms and a few rugs!

The carpet was left with the stain still there. I called and sent messages to request the guarantee they claim to offer, but no one responds to the messages or they hang up the call. Very unprofessional. 0 stars.

I do not recommend them at all. Don’t waste your money—hire a service that is truly serious and committed instead.

I've used the Steam Masters Pro for occasional detailed cleanings of my carpet. When Lawrence was working with me, he would do a good job, and if there was something particular that needed fixed, he would come out and do it. I am not sure if he is still with the company.

My recent experience solidified my decision to never use them, and to remove my carpet completely. I hired them to do a deep cleaning of my bedroom. The carpet in that room is white, and by the entrance there is a patch where it is a high traffic area, so the area is darker. After a typical cleaning, the carpet brightens, it is never exactly brand new, but it does look better. This last treatment, they must have applied a solution to 2 different spots in that room. When they left, and when carpet dried, i saw 2 huge dark spots from the chemical solution used that were not there before. i reached out to the contact, and she was trying to deny working on the room. I asked if they could fix it, and they said yes. it has been 3 weeks. They basically blew me off. I have since had the carpet removed from that bedroom. I will not be using them again. My carpet before was not perfect, nor was I expecting it to look brand new, but I also wasn't expecting for it to be completely ruined. I inquired about a refund for the room, and nothing. It is ok. I won't be using them ever again, and I caution you about using their services.

Do not use this service . I used them to clean the grout . The guy offer a 10 year warranty that if the grout was dirty they would come back out . I waited until the floor dried completely and my grout looks the same . There are a few spots that look clean so the dirty spots are noticeably. I sent a text and videos stating I was not satisfied and that the floors look the same and I did not get a response . They only have good customer service when they initially start a service. I paid over 900 and I regret using this service.

I paid $140 for them to clean my couch, They did such a horrible job, that I might have to throw my couch away. You could tell they use dirty water to clean on my beige couch and also is very blotchy. Half is clean half is not. Literally took him 10 minutes to clean it. I reached out multiple times And they agreed to clean it, but never showed up. Please don’t waste your time or your money . And this is right before Christmas. They are pure scammers

I had this company do a deep clean on my home and their service was excellent and very detailed. I love walking in my home with the fragrant smell, organized and clean. She even provided feedback on what needed to be done such as purchasing Draino and another shower liner. Love this company!!!

Tamara and crew were punctual and extremely professional. Her price was reasonable and her work was above what was beyond expectations. They even vaccuumed my velvet dining room chairs which gave them a beautiful pattern. Lovely work.

I was really stressed because it was starting to mess with my studio work and I couldn't get anything done. I finally called Direct Dryer Cleaners and they got someone out here fast. The technician was great and did a full dryer vent cleaning to clear the whole thing out. You could tell a difference immediately, all the clothes are actually drying like they're supposed to.

Last time we had one of those crazy thunderstorms roll through Houston, a bunch of leaves got jammed into the wall exhaust vent, and our machine began throwing a major ventilation error code and shut down. I called Direct Dryer Cleaners first thing in the morning. The technician arrived within 2 hours, cleared the leaves from the outside wall vent, and checked the connection behind the machine to ensure the ventilation system was functioning properly. Super quick response and very reasonable rates

The vent line was restricted in some way that was causing heat distribution to be inconsistent through the drying cycle.They cleared everything out and now my dryer is working great again. It's good to have the dryer back and working properly again so that all my textiles will come out of the dryer as they're supposed to and my creative process will flow smoothly.

After experiencing long drying times, we hired Direct Dryer Cleaners for dryer vent cleaning. Service was quick and extremely professional. I have used another company in the past and this cleaning felt much more substantial. They cleaned up after themselves and did not rush through the job. Doing laundry has been much easier since!
