Great work, great results, great service. Only a little miss understanding in the cost. But overall they were great.

They did a really good job . I call them back because my carpet on the stair had a weird smelling and they come and didn’t charge anything . They are really good and I highly recommend this company.

I’m very satisfied with the work Lawrence and his crew did. Responded quickly to my phone call came out the next day when they said they would be here. Knocked it out within an hour and gave me a 2 year warranty. I would definitely recommend plus great value for the service

"Torn fibers everywhere."
After their so-called “professional cleaning,” my area rug has loose threads all over. They clearly used the wrong equipment.

Carpet didn’t look clean after service, I was told this was because the carpet was old! Really? But you showed me all these videos of dirty grungy carpet that was made to look new, then you try to sell me a deep clean option that was new mention when I hire you. Very unhappy with this company and would not recommend.

Respond- sir, my carpet is not 20 years and at no time did you say that you couldn’t clean carpet that has never been steam cleaned before, no where on your website does it say this. You kept trying to sell me a deep cleaning option that you say my carpet would look 80% new. You may want to update your website and add deep cleaning with an explanation of service before arriving to your clients home.

Don't book, they did not do what I paid for and they have terrible customer service. They promised to redo my carpets and never came back or returned my calls. I really hoped this would work out but didn't. I'm sure they will delete this comment. They even blocked me from Facebook when I left this very review instead of trying to make it right which further validates the terrible customer service, book at your own risk.

We are very happy with the carpet cleaning Steam Masters Pro did over the Memorial holiday. Our carpet is looking brand new again. I was also educated on how the carpet should feel. I can feel the difference after proper cleaning! Thank you for your quick and excellent work!

I was able to make an appointment a month in advance with no problems! I scheduled a couch clean & I absolutely loved the results. We scheduled my appointment in the morning & received a call day of when they were in route. The clean took about an hour 1/2. I am happy with the results and will be booking again!

We called Steam Masters Pro, to do our carpet in one room post Hurricane Beryl. We called a week in advance to book the service. We even called the day before to confirm because our insurance was going to send an inspector. Our insurance arrived on time and we waited for a tech to come from Steam Pro. I received this text message below AFTER our appointment. No type of professionalism, no type of compensation for wasting our time. Judging from the previous reviews, this isn’t the first time. I ABSOLUTELY HATE when people waste my time and play with my money because I missed work. Stream Master Pro ? More like Steam Amateur Pro. I am so angry.

"Not worth the money."
Paid for a “deep clean” and got a quick once-over. Stains still there, carpet still dull, and now my toddler’s room smells like chemicals.

They are very irresponsible; they left the carpet dirty even though I called them to tell them it wasn't done right. I don't recommend them.
