They've had my carpet since October of 2025. I paid them and they have stolen my carpet and my money. The owner will NOT talk to me. DONT USE THESE PEOPLE. I am going to file charges.

Carpet is still dirty call them several times and no response, bad customer service

Lawrence did an amazing job, he was on time , and started with treating my pets spots , the steamed all the carpet, the odor is gone and smells free

Hired them for a hvac clean on two units paid in full and they missed few vents covers and I can see 2 ducts still dirty
contacted them and was promised a return date and a no show....now they wont answer me at all...
