The Facility Solutions Managers also know as the account managers are awesome. Whenever we have a facility maintenance request they are quick to respond and great solution solvers. A company definitely worth working with that genuinely cares about their clientele.

Absolutely awesome experience… We opened a brand new flagship service center in our Katy Hockley market. The team led by Christina and Josh did an amazing job getting every detail of our wants as a Customer The opening presented a few cleaning challenges and they were quick to react to special requests that we needed and since opening the building has been maintained with no issues and with incredible follow up from Josh and Christina… I have dealt with City Wide in multiple buildings As they are a national vendor for us, but this team has been by far the best locally

Great company. They clean our facility 5 days a week and the crew is amazing. They pay close attention to detail, they're quick, efficient, and open to special requests when we need them. The territory manager is also very responsive and quick to resolve any issues that we might come across. He also comes by our facility often to check on us and do a walkthrough to make sure that our expectations are being exceeded.

City wide has been cleaning our office for over 2 years. The supervisor is responsive to our needs. They do regular check in on their employees to keep them up to par. They also have a wide range of services to offer. Get a quote you won't be disappointed.

I've been using City Wide's janitorial services for almost two years. Have been very pleased with the services offered. In the past year or so, I've added their handyman services for all of my Houston and Central Texas locations. Have been pleased with the outcomes.

My office has recently retained the services of City Wide to clean our office spaces. Let me start off by saying how impressed I am with the communication between myself and the staff of City Wide. I was provided with a walk through of my spaces to outline and pinpoint areas I was concerned about or wanted specific attention paid to. I knew the services I was asking for would be quite the task. Wow is all I can say. My expectations were far surpassed. The crew that came in did an amazing job!! They are top notch!! Melva is the QUEEN of clean. Every surface, baseboard and corner had been cleaned. The floors were spotless. Overall, my office spaces smelled so fresh and clean. My office space had been severely neglected before us moving into it. It was in a terrible state. The bathrooms were the worst. I was shocked when I saw how they looked after the crew cleaned them. I literally did a double take and even questioned if they had been replaced. They were sparkling clean! I myself had attempted on multiple occasions to try to clean them to no avail. I am thrilled to know my office now has City Wide taking care of us. If you need someone to come, take care of your office space I highly urge you to reach out to City Wide. Christina and Augustine will absolutely get you taken care of. You are in good hands with them.

CWFS did a great job stripping and waxing our urgent care clinic's VCT floors as always. We recently tapped them for various repairs in our clinic: wall painting, grout cleaning, hand sanitizer dispenser installation and more. They did a great job and our clinic is looking new again! Temo Sandoval who managed our requests has been a pleasure to work with as well.

City Wide currently services two of our schools in Houston. They provide excellent cleaning services as well as customer service. Recently I asked our representative Cristina Oberholtzer if she could help us identify a cleaning crew for our Midland, TX School more than 500 miles away.

Cristina worked diligently with her National Accounts Manager to locate and source a crew for our third location. In just a matter of a few days we met the new crew and finalized a new service agreement. The process was seamless, and we have peace of mind our new crew is vetted through City Wide so we can expect the same great service at our third location. Thank you for the great customer service!

We've been working with City Wide for about 6 months now. I'm posting a review since we've recently had our cleaner switched to Elisa and she has been doing PHENOMENAL work cleaning our mobile grooming vans!! She is always prompt, extremely reliable, and provides 100% excellent work every single time she cleans our vans. Without City Wide, we would not have been able to find Elisa!

City Wide has been great since we signed with them this year. Any and all concerns are handled promptly. Communication has been easy as I have one contact person for all inquiries. They did multiple tours to make sure their staff has every base covered. Our Sale Executive, Cristina is very knowledgeable and answered all questions and concerns we had at the beginning.

Temo and the team at City Wide have made my life so much easier. Any time an issue or a need comes up, I do not have to worry about locating and setting up a vendor to provide me with a solution. I simply text Temo, quickly receive a quote or he shows up on site for clarification, and then I cut a PO and my problems disappear. I could not ask for better service, convenience and communication provided by every person affiliated with City Wide that I have met but Temo and Joseph are my favorite by far! The cleaning services have been great, our old building has noticeably improved in both appearance and smell. The yard work had a bit of room for improvement but our Manager has been fantastic in listening to and responding to any and all concerns. We've been extremely happy with all of the services we've contracted with so far.

Let me start with a little background -
My partner and I have always been hesitant on hiring a cleaning service. We both have very high standards of cleanliness and equally high expectation for someone else cleaning our home.
With a special event at our home planned for this past weekend, I wanted to surprise my partner with having the house cleaned; just to help ease some pressure off the both of us. After calling several local companies, I finally found one that impressed me right off the batt - enter Maid Brigade! From the initial call to the end result everything was top-notch, 100% friendly and professional.
I love that I was able to customize my service to fit exactly what we were needing (not just a package/combo deal like ordering off a menu). The young lady that I spoke with on the phone (sadly, I can't recall her name) was so sweet and professional She was able to answer my questions and explain the process and what to expect. She also stayed in communication with me to remind me of the appointment, update me on expected arrival time and followed up the next day.
Nancy and Maria did an absolutely amazing job cleaning our home! Everything was done beyond our expectations and standards! Every time we turned around we were saying, "look at how well they did this!" or "omg they folded the hand towel so pretty!" and "ahhhh it just smells so good in here!". I truly can't say enough to do justice on how impressed and pleased we were.
We will definitely be using Maid Brigade of Cypress again and are even considering having them come monthly or bi-monthly!

This company was incredibly professional throughout the entire experience! The two women who cleaned my house were efficient and did a wonderful job with my move out clean. I didn’t have cash so I instructed them to charge my card a certain amount per person for tips- before they did this, the coordinator called to verify the tips were per my instructions- very honest company! Would recommend to anyone.

Aqua and her team at Maid Brigade did an amazing job at cleaning our house.
We recently moved in and we’re looking for a cleaning service. I had spoken to a few different companies before I spoke with Aqua. She was so pleasant and personable. She took the time and listened to all the needs I had for cleaning my home. She explained what they could do and worked within my budget allowing me to personalize a perfect cleaning package and schedule that works for us and our family.
She was in constant contact and called the day off to confirm the cleaning and even text when the ladies were on their way.
Once the ladies showed up the went right to work! No hesitation. They knew what they were doing and you could tell they were professionals. They were efficient and thorough in their cleaning. They brought all their own supplies and tidied up everything after. Aqua and her husband stopped by to check on the ladies and introduce themselves. I thought that was really sweet and personable.
I have a 1 year old baby boy and a 5 year old German Shepherd (you can imagine the mess!) but after Maid Brigade you would think my house was that of an instagram influencer 😆 it’s spotless!!
The ladies were very sweet and made sure that I was happy with everything before leaving.

I highly recommend Maid Brigade!
I will be continuing with their services every 2 weeks. I’m so pleased with their work.
