Maid Brigade to the rescue! I called 3 days before the weekend for deep cleaning. I was in the process of putting in new floors. The dust storm created a mess! The ladies showed up Saturday. We decided to hire a cleaning service for our new and minimally furnished house due to my cat allergies. Overall, the customer service was satisfactory, but we encountered a few issues. The cleaning process took longer than expected, and unfortunately, one of our new lamps was accidentally broken. While the maids did a decent job with the cleaning, their efficiency could have been better. The company later apologized for the slow progress, mentioning that Saturdays typically have a slower team. Despite these setbacks, we received a discount from them. However, we still felt that the number of hours they charged was excessive, considering our already clean and sparsely furnished house. It's important to note that the maids included the time for the initial briefing and final price calculation within the overall cleaning service duration, which added an extra 30 minutes.

Update: We found cobwebs under the blinds during curtain installation. There were persistent hard water stains near the sink handles, and my workroom carpet still had a piece of paper left by my cat. This is extremely disappointing and shows a lack of attention to detail.

I hire there service to do a deep cleaning in one of my renting houses, and wow !! I am more than satisfied with the exceptional work they did; the level of detail, knowledge and professionalism on their part is on another level. Highly recommended, I will definitely continue doing more business with them in the future, their quote is unbeatable and they use green products only !!

What can I say Maid Brigade has been cleaning my home for 6 months on a monthly basis. The attention to detail is unmatched. Aqua has been very professional and prompt. I’m very comfortable with her cleaning my home when I’m not there. I love the freshness that hits my face when I open the door.
