Nathaniel and Seth did an amazing job. The carpet and tile had not been cleaned in 30 yrs, so the dust was readily visible.

The Stanley Steemer team vacuumed up big pieces, then started the steam and deodorizer process. After that, they put their solution on the tiles and scrubbed before using their machine on the tile.

I am impressed with the quality of the job, efficiency of the team and their professionalism.

They were fantastic! I will definitely recommend them to others!!!

💯 recommend services! The crew, Markus and Marbin was early (with phone call asking) and the set up and air duct cleaning was very professional! I upgraded the ultraviolet light as well after the information advice with me buying a used home! Previous owners had cats and dogs in house and we can smell the before and after difference with the cleaning!
We just scheduled the tile floor cleaning and can't wait for that service!

Two very professional guys provided an estimate and explanation of what was going on with the AC ducts. Unfortunately, replacement ducting is the path forward but I highly recommend SS services to everyone. Class act business with invaluable employees.

I was very pleased with a work. The stains were gone. The couch looked brand new again and when my husband walked in, he went wow the spots are gone. The couch looks new. Stanley Steamer, 13225 FM 529, Houston Tx 77041 arrived February 16, 2926 at 10:30am, started 10:52 am.

I paid for "Cleaning carpet; Protection; and Deodorizing carpet." Service was for Living room, Den, and a Bedroom. The bedroom really needed a deep cleansing. Technician stated all stains may not come up. The bedroom also needed a good deodorizing.
A few stains were still there, but he did not use enough, if any, deordorizing to the carpet?? When you are charged for it, please use whatever is needed to freshen the carpet.

Technicians were professional.

Anthony and Johan were the best! Very nice, informative, professional but approachable. Answered all of my questions and listened to my request. Worked with pricing and what I was willing to pay for. Great job guys!

Kareem and Eric of Stanley Steamer are awesome. The water mitigation process was less painful because of their communication, consistency, cleanliness and professionalism. I never knew that Stanley Steemer offered these services but having dealt with them first hand. I can't stop singing their praises. I didnt have any issues with allergens because they did everything to ensure there was minimal dust. You proved to be an efficient, kind, and honest enterprise. A bit pricey, however, your (CSI) Customer Satisfaction Index is high for a good reason. The initial visit two days ago was prompt and kind. The two member team were excellent people. Fast forward, my relatives and I two days later, discovered still some soiled dark areas on our old carpeted rooms. I was worried and saddened, fearing a negative response from the Stanley Steemer Company, if I did call back to request a solution. Well, to my surprise, a fine Customer Service gentleman, promptly apologize and scheduled a same day visit to do a "re-do" carpet cleaning throughout, at no extra charge.
So, this second time around was just very fine. The results were excellent. These two other young men were just incredible in every respect. I'm very impressed at the way, the Stanley Steemer business culture resolved my inquiry kindly, professionally, quickly, and without any negative reaction to my concern. So, I thank the S.S. Company for their way to resolve Customer Service hurdles.I will refer new business to them every chance I get.

My neighbor recently had his dryer vent cleaned and recommended a service provider. My lovely wife loves a clean house so she suggested we get our ductwork cleaned as well. The provider my neighbor used only did dryer vents so I decided to contact Stanley Steemer. I was able to schedule next day service since we planned to be home. Our house is only 5 years old so we figured that the ductwork would be fairly clean. We were really surprised by the amount of dust in the return ducts. Pretty nasty. The technicians actually found that the duct feeding our primary bathroom was plugged with a big piece of insulation. We had no idea. We are very happy with the results of our cleaning. Danny and Augustin were friendly and professional. They did a fantastic job cleaning my large rug. This was the first time it had been cleaned professionally in four years and it looks brand new! I would not hesitate to have them steam clean my rug again.

Charles and Johan did an amazing job. They were very polite, hard working and efficient. They cleaned 3 rooms and moved ALL of the furniture around in just under 2 hours. The house looks and smells fantastic! They did all of this so quietly, it did not wake our eight month old sleeping in the next room. We will definitely be using Stanley steamer again and recommend you do too.

I try to have Stanley Steemer out at least twice a year and every time they are exceptional. Danny went ABOVE AND BEYOND and I am so impressed with his professionalism and attention to detail. Augustin was awesome as well. I cant say enough about these two gentlemen!

The carpet is wetter than usual, but I'm sure I won't have any problems that Stanley Steemer can't remedy, if need be. As usual, I'm happy with the carpet cleaning service!!

These guys did an amazing job! My dog got sick and made a severe mess in my living room. She’s gonna be OK. However, these guys showed up early was quick, easy, friendly and out of here in no time and the process were extremely reasonable. They done a great job!

Veo que no soy el único estafado! Compre una franquicia por poco más de 20 mil dólares por un paquete mensual de 4000 dólares los cuales jamás he visto, su acompañamiento es pésimo, ofrecieron un negocio maravilloso y todo fue una estafa, hace cerca de 2 años solicité hablar con la manager y esta es la hora que no sale de su “reunión” Que estafa!!

Como franquiciada, estoy muy feliz porque coverall me esta ayudando a crecer, Eliezer Reyes siempre está disponible cuando la necesito y aunque no este en horas de trabajo, ella es muy eficiente y me apoya con los clientes!
