The ultimate in sanitation. I can depend on them to have my office tip-top- definitely lined up with my expectations! Franchise owner was great

This company is absolutely terrible. I’ve been trying for 5 weeks to get ahold of somebody to cancel my service. They do a terrible job of cleaning but are even worse at responding to their customers. Each time I’ve gotten someone on the phone I’m told that the manager will give me a call when they “get out of their meeting”. I’ll wait a week for no call.

In all my years in outside sales, I never have gotten the amount of referrals that I do with Coverall. When I call on a customer that already uses our service, invariably the feedback I get is very positive!

Do not use this company!! They hire a subcontractor and do the absolute worst job cleaning. We have been thru 3 different people and when I finally said enough is enough and fired them, I am now going on 3 weeks without getting my key back. Do yourself a favor and call anyone else!!

Worst experience ever! From the subpar cleaning down to the payment system. This company is a complete sham. The cleaning team assigned to my space stay for 10-15min max and barley touch anything. I have made it very clear that there is one room that needs to be well dusted every time and they STILL never do it!

Phenomenal company that provides a great opportunity for people to own their personal business. Awesome 12 session training to help franchise owners to be successful. The Core Four, health based cleaning system separates Coverall for all the rest!!! GREAT COMPANY!!!

We hired Coverall in January 2017 because we were having issues with our past cleaning company. Coverall initially came in and did a great job for about a week. After the first week the building was never cleaned properly. They would drag the garbage bags across the building as the fluids leaked all over the floor. I would get here in the mornings and see the lines all through the hallway. We would label things as trash and they wouldn't take it out. It sat there for days!!!!! We scheduled them to clean Mon-Fri and they would leave the building dirty Friday, Saturday and come clean Sunday night!!! Causing ants and bugs in the building. The cleaning crew would lock themselves out of the building at least twice a week and I would have to leave home to let them in. They also used chemicals that made all the metal in the bathroom corrode. They never replaced tissue paper, paper towels, or the soap in our soap dispenser which was all apart of our contract!! We were paying them $2,100 to do nothing!!! They would charge us for carpet cleaning that was never done! I could go on and on!!!!!!!!!!!!! I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone! They do not take any responsibility. Also, they wouldn't accept our termination letter that was sent twice leaving us stuck with them for another month! We ended up paying them but informed them we no longer wanted their services!

The office staff are very helpful and professional. The field staff are courteous and informative. Since Coverall sells franchise opportunities to potential business owners, I can not speak of the cleaning services, since it is the actual franchise owners (not subcontractors) that do the cleaning, not Coverall.

Worst cleaning service we've had. Please don't use them!! They don't clean properly. Floors were not properly cleaned, light fixtures still had cobwebs in them. One time they left my key in the door without locking up. Just a disaster service. Please don't sign a contract with them, because they try to make it very difficult for you to cancel with them. Richard and Bruce do not return calls, and are very unprofessional. They don't even deserve a one star!!

Coverall started out okay but I honestly was never satisfied with their cleaning. Since they contract out the cleaning services to a third party service service, it is really difficult to get accountability from them.

I have had so many bad experience from them that I decide to cancel with them once and for all. My floors always had streak marks; they never used the right cleaning material; all surfaces weren't thoroughly dusted. They constantly left the lights on after cleaning

When you do have a complaint, no one will follow up with you. Please avoid this company at all costs. Go with another cleaning company even if it means you are paying a little bit more.

This company says it specializes in cleaning medical facilities, but they are the worst ever. Our medical practice has never been so dirty and unattended until we switched to Coverall. More often than not the trash was not taken out consistently, floors rarely swept, vacuumed or mopped. . They were consistently in breech of their contract. Very unethical business practices. They are not even worth the one star!!!!

Michelle G is an amazing sales rep who answered all my questions and gave me advice on what would work best for my business’s cleaning needs. Her approach was soft and effective (never pushy). I appreciate her patience and would highly recommend this company and especially this sales rep.

Being a franchise owner here in Houston location hs brought be lots of experience.
Working with the staff has really help grow my buisnes. They go out of there way to asure we get tge rite training helping with customers and beyond.
Mrs. Reyes and I are always in contact she checks on my at the minimum twice a month sometimes more.
But I would recommend ppl if you are looking to start a strong buisnes I would look into Coverall

I have used Coverall for several months before. The first visit they did a really good job but after that the quality started going down tremendously, i contacted the person in charge and told him the crew are not mopping the floors and not dusting everything… they assured me things will get better and it did for a while until it started again.

Coverall contractors are thoroughly trained and detail oriented individuals. This business is very ethical and pride themselves on excellent finish work.

We worked with Coverall for over a year to service our facilities. During that time, when multiple issues arose with the assigned contractor, Coverall did not actively assist in resolving them and indicated that the matters were between us and the cleaner. Their involvement was limited primarily to billing, and they did not provide adequate support when concerns about contractor performance were raised.
