Great company and very efficient, Titus and his team does a great job cleaning our office and keeping our supplies maintained. We have 16,000 square-foot with 50+ employees.

Grant was amazing when we discussed the contract/sales portion. So far everything he committed has been spot on. Titus responds to our messages in a timely manner which is so important to us as we will always have last minute requests. He is always willing to offer suggestions and offers a quick response to our last-minute pop-up needs. Mirela has done an outstanding job keeping up with our standard of excellence when cleaning and sterilizing our facility. She also handles some of our porter services which is fabulous. She is always ready to assist and very pro-active, if she sees something that is amidst, she takes care of it without being asked. This is very, very, impressive and so appreciated, it is a great partnership thus far. We love City Wide Facility Solutions, and I would recommend to any company that ask me.

My family and I recently moved into a ten year old house with travertine floors that had not been properly cared for. I called several Houston area floor cleaning companies and was surprised at how unfamiliar they were with travertine. Then I found Chuck at Kingdom Restoration. He is extremely knowledgeable when it comes to the care and cleaning of all natural stones as well as tile and carpet.

Chuck and his crew made ALL of the ten year old floors in my house look new again! They were always on time, friendly, and accommodating. With such quality service and fair pricing, I will definitely be using Kingdom Restoration in the future.

Thank you Chuck for doing such a wonderful job in cleaning my Slate floors. I was fortunate when I called he was able to do the work the next day. I asked for a clean and seal. When he arrived the following morning on time he determined my floors were still in very good condition and did not need the seal. He was very honest with me and I truly appreciated his professionalism and knowledge. I look forward to having me do work in the future. Highly recommend his work!

I would strongly advise against using this company. They are incredibly unreliable, with five separate no-shows where they didn’t even bother to call and let me know they weren't coming. When you try to address the issue with the owner, all you get are excuses—never an apology or an actual attempt to fix the situation. Save yourself the headache and find a professional service instead. I definitely do not recommend them.
