DJ the owner started out by telling all about their 49 point checklist, and how clean my house was going to be. None of it was true. They didnt clean the house anywhere to the level they said they would. Entire rooms were not touched, blinds were not dusted, bathtubs were left dirty, and they left the house with all of the lights on and the AC at 70. On top of it all they overcharged me $40, and I had to fight them to even get that back, luckily I had their quote in writing. Awful company, run by awful management. Cost me a week of my time just to get my $40 back, and I still have a dirty house. Thanks for the awful experience DJ and Lala!!!

I'm very particular about cleaning my house and have disappointed with so many housekeepers in the past. But I've been happy with the MaidPro. Roderisha is the best housekeeper I ever had!

MaidPro did a great job cleaning my house. DJ is always very accommodating when something comes up and a scheduling change had to be made. The customer service is really fantastic!

Paid for a "full cleaning" where the maid only dusted the countertops. Lots of marketing hype that fails to show up in the real services delivered. Very poor value and they try to lock you in for a service agreement period. Oh and there's a $50 cancellation fee... Don't get locked into a poor quality service.

MaidPro did a great job on their first visit! Extremely professional, high-quality cleaning job. They even took out all the trash! I am more than pleased and look forward to their return :)

I had the most excellent experience with MaidPro! Maria and Frandy showed up at noon on the dot, which cannot be guaranteed, but I am a fan. They cleaned my house top to bottom , walls, baseboards, fans, blinds, doors, everything!!!! They cleaned, and it was spotless and smelled amazing! Thank you so much!!

Maidpro cleaners were detailed. They were able to clean the house in a good time. Although they arrived more towards the end of the timing window, they were efficient.
They also understood when I pointed out to clean specific things. The house smelled great afterwards, like lemons.

I was loyal Maidpro customer for nearly 8 years until a new cleaner stole my wedding ring out of my closet in October and the company completely dismissed my claim. They were unresponsive, refused to provide requested information for the police report, and did not even honor their own terms and conditions to reimburse me for a fraction of the cost of the item.

I have a dog who sheds like it’s his job. They cleaned EVERYTHING in my house so well, you wouldn’t know a dog resides here. Even my tray of perfumes was dusted and cleaned to perfection. Every surface in my home is glistening. I highly recommend this company!
