Terrible service. My lawn is always cut very long. Their sprinkler adjustment ruined large areas of my grass that's now yellow. For the level of service and the price I would never recommend this company.

The sales rep and the tech were both professional and took the time out of their day to explain everything.

Horrible experience. Read their agreements very carefully. I signed with them to get rid of rodents from a rental and I somehow got roped into a monthly service. It took me three months to unsubscribe from there. After multiple phone calls and back and forth, I ended up having to pay for a service that I didn’t even ask for.

I have used their Christmas light service for anbout three years now. they never disappoint!! they always do a first class job!

This is the 3rd year we have used ABC for holiday lights and it will be the last. They did a messy job installing and I had to call them out to fix things. And for the take down, they left the lights in a rats nest, broke several strands, and just threw all of the trash in the tubs instead of throwing it in the trash can that was 20ft away. It took me about 45 minutes to organize the strands of lights after they left.

Before, during, and after pictures. Chris made sure that the job was done right. He and his team worked hard in this Houston heat and transformed what has been a problem and eyesore into a lovely space. Can't wait to enjoy it. Many thanks.

Really fast, on time initial installation of bait traps. The technicians were professional and friendly. The follow ups have been regular and as promised..

Sam is my local technician, and he is great. I have had zero issues with roaches from within the 1st week of signing up. My husband is very happy about this!

The Houston branch is horrible. If you bother them with a service question, they ghost you. Tried to set up service with this group and couldn't get them to respond after the initial quote. Just asked if the bag and remove...If they can be professional enough to discuss a quote, which is the face first part of the business relationship, I sure don't trust them with my yards. Moved on to find a professional company.

I am thoroughly pleased with the service I receive from ABC Commercial.

The plan is affordable, the quality of service is exceptional, and I am happy to have the same technician each service. Although the integrity of the company (customer service reps., technicians etc..) has been consistent, there is a feeling of safety and comfort in know who is showing up to your home.

Scott is amazing! He is nothing short of a professional and is knowledgeable and detailed in his assessments. He’s friendly, efficient and extremely accommodating with scheduling.

I have been very impressed by Rosendo Rodriuez' skill at finding entry points that squirrels would find to enter houses and garages. He is extremely hard working and dedicated. I already have two squirrels trapped in the cage attached to the entry to exit pipe to the vent-a-hood over my stove. He has blocked entry points in every area imaginable. I am so glad that I finally called ABC Home & Commercial Servives.

While l have used their pest control service for almost 10 years, this is the first time I had to use their rodent control. Rosendo was friendly, thorough and professional. His assistant, Daniel, was as well. The squirrel I had issues with was caught within 30 minutes after they left. Highly recommend!

I’m so glad I contacted ABC Home and Commercial to remove bee’s from my husband’s shop, and the Rep that called me Colby set everything up and Charles and Juan came out 06/25/2025 and removed 90lbs of honey and the entire nest is gone. I can’t thank the guys for helping us with this, everyone was very professional and friendly. I highly recommend them, ya won’t regret it….

I am normally not one to write reviews but for the service I got I feel inclined to. Justin - the pest control technician that services my house was excellent. I noticed a rodent had gotten into my house and he came and installed the mesh netting to to seal my garage. A rodent was trapped in my house and doing a lot of damage and was avoiding the snap traps. Justin went above & beyond to check my entire house for nesting areas and we finally located the rodent. He was able to trap and and remove it safely from my house. Highly recommend ABC & shout out to Justin. Excellent work!
