I had a issue with moles and my dogs digging multiple holes in the yard to get to said moles. I called up ABC home and commercial services to have them removed so that my dogs would quit digging in the yard. Colby was great about keeping me up-to-date on what was going on before my service and let me know that someone would be out in his name was Josh. Josh was great the first time and second time that I had to have service done because the moles had come back again right after he had already taken care of them he first time. Josh was awesome and knowledgeable and let me know all of the ways to take care of them after to prevent them from coming back. The second time he had to come out, I felt real bad because he came out real late, practically after hours in my opinion and did a over the top great job. He even serviced areas that were new, that were not spotted the first time. Since then, the digging has calmed down.
I would recommend this company for their services and I would highly recommend and hope that you get Josh.

A few years ago we had some furry friends living in our attic. We called ABC and they immediately sealed the attic where they thought the rodents were entering - they also took care of the doting friend that had already made themselves at home. They were super professional and got the job done - we have been furry friend free ever since. We were so impressed with the response and professionalism we signed up for every other month pest control maintenance.

Nduka has been managing our service for the last couple years - he is amazing. On time, great communication and super responsible. Highly recommend ABC but really really because of Nduka!!!

He explained everything I needed to know for the follow-up, very professional!

Keyshon (sp?) out of the Houston office was such a pleasure to deal with. As well as who ever they have answering their phones. Communication was clear and professional. No one wants to admit pest control is needed. They got you!! Full package clean out is reasonably priced and monthly service is on par with other company’s. So far 5 stars.

We had such a great experience for our quarterly pest control service! Bryce was right on time, extremely professional, and very thorough from start to finish. He took the time to clearly explain what he was doing and why, which I really appreciated. It gave me so much confidence in the service and attention to detail.

Great value. Luz and Claudia came and made my home cleaner and prettier than it was when I first moved in. They were so sweet, even with my baby boy. They got all the dust off my fans, cleaned my daughter's messy messy room, and washed dishes, changed the stove. It was heaven. I know that when I need checking again, I'll ask for Claudia and Luz. Thank you so much!!!

The cleaning job itself was decent (good enough), but there were numerous issues with reliability. They were frequently late, and cancelled or rescheduled about 1/3 of the time. This was very frustrating when we had to alter our plans to make sure we were home, and then they didn't even show, or cancelled HOURS after their scheduled arrival time. And I had to contact THEM to ask if they were still coming. Very unreliable and unprofessional in their communication.

Also, they did not show up in any reliable or regular time frame. They would text 2 days before to ask if they could come, but it seemed to be just whenever they felt like it.

Also, they did the dishes which I always thought was standard. They didn't tell me until two years in that "we don't do dishes." TWO YEARS IN! Yet they'd been doing the dishes every time. Horrible communication. Would NOT recommend. We eventually had enough, cancelled with them and found another service. Don't waste your time.

Used this service for 4 weeks. They only pay their employees $30 a house, regardless of what they charge you.

Didn’t change sheets, clean the floors, the ladies demand tips for poor service.

The management tells you one load of laundry and literbox clean are included, while the ladies demand $20 each for folding 3 towels.

This company cleans for me monthly, and they are amazing! What a pleasure to see the floors perfectly glimmering and the glass shower shiny and streak-free. I am a busy young professional, so their services assist me greatly. Instead of spending my time in deep cleaning, I am able to study and move my career forward. They are always on time and extremely polite. 10/10 recommend

The "deep clean" is anything but. Horrible customer-service experience. Maids were an hour late and stayed less than two hours, yet charged over $160. They did a horrible job, did not do any laundry as requested, did not do any ironing as requested, and just threw all the dishes in the dishwasher despite numerous food particles on them (so they didn't get clean). They didn't even mop the floors. I then tried to reach out to talk about the horrible experience and no one would return my numerous calls/messages/texts. I would call this the worst experience with any maid I've ever had by a very long shot. AVOID!

I do not know how this company stays in business. I had to get my father’s home cleaned to get ready for selling. It was not an easy clean. I was hoping to use this service on a regular basis for my home after they cleaned his.

Overall, they maids did a decent job but somethings were left undone even after I spoke with the owner about it. Like, sweeping the garage. She was very adamant about there being no extra charges but the maids had to come back to finish the job. That was not a big deal and I was willing to overlook but when they came back to finish, they left the back door and gate wide open. When I told the owner, she just said, “Thank you”. Needless to say, they will not be cleaning MY home.

We just had Houston Green Maids to our house for the first time and they did such a great job! The owner called me a few days before they came out to the house and she was very personable and clearly very passionate about her business. The two women cleaning our house were very thorough and asked us before they left to do a check in case there were any areas that we wanted them to clean more, however there was no need and everything looked great. We plan to use them every other week and are looking forward to continue having them!

Our house has been cleaned twice a month since before the pandemic by Mili's team. I'm always happy when I come home to subtle lemony fragrance and sparkling clean floors. Often I'll find some small extra that the cleaners have done (folding extra laundry, lining toaster oven tray). Our kitchen is regularly a challenge because the chef has a pretty large "splash zone" and it is always scrubbed clean. Most important, the owner is very caring,hardworking, and open to feedback. During the pandemic she was very careful to explain when cleanings would restart and how the cleaners could work safely.

Amazing!!!! Rug cleaning! I have a rug that I love and just did not want to get rid of. Unfortunately it was covered in pee stains from 2 puppies and had an odor I could not get rid of. I was expecting to have it look just better without the smell, but it looks brand new now and I could not be happier! Way better than I expected and great service!!
