Amazing customer service!

The team at River Oaks was fast, courteous and efficient. The got the stain out that we never thought would come out.

Friendly staff, they give you lots of options on how to cut rug, seams, was of backing. Easy transaction, getting estimates and seeing end results.

The cleaning technique ruined my rug.
The color changed, stretched it out which made it limp and pulled MANY threads loose.
The rug they brought back was not the rug they picked up.

River Oaks Carpet Cleaners were referred to me and they exceeded my expectations. They did a great job and cleaned spots that we didn’t think could be removed.

River Oaks Rug Cleaners did a great job cutting and binding a large seagrass rug into two smaller rugs for us. We were very happy with the service and quality of workmanship! We will use them again!

Very slow service and poor communication. Lost my rug pad and did not offer to refund it. Charged a late fee which was not disclosed. Will not be returning.

I dropped off my large rug to be cleaned late November and was quoted a turnaround time of 4-6 weeks. After 6 weeks I called multiple times to get a status update, each time they did not have a status update for me. Then 10 weeks later I receive a bill in the mail with my charge, apparently my rug was ready??

I go pick up the rug and their credit card machine was down, so I left my information with them. I then receive another bill 5 days later saying there is a 30 day late charge and they automatically bill an extra $30 without telling me. On top of everything, and they lost my rug pad and did not claim any responsibility for it!

Will be finding somewhere else to go in the future. The rug itself came back clean with all stains removed.

Great Persian rug cleaners! The entire experience from pickup to delivery was very professional. After 15 years of wear and tear my rug looks brand new, totally restored the colors.

Ripoff and unprofessional. There are so many options for more affordable rug cleaning with the same or better results. Really regret using them for three rugs. The service was slow and the results were average at best. Tried to charge me much more than was quoted on the front end. Claimed they did not require authorization for price changes. Buyer beware - once they have your rug, you are at their mercy.

I’m very pleased with the results of my area rug cleaning. The team was professional and thorough, and I was provided with an estimate for services within a day of pickup. My rugs are refreshed and look much better. I would definitely recommend their services and will absolutely use them again.

I really enjoyed talking to everyone and they are really nice and helpful. The team that does wall to wall installation are super hard working. The guy that does the in home spot cleaning is very sweet. The delivery boys are very nice and had no problem unrolling and placing the rugs I got. Loved talking with the girls in the office. They were very helpful when I had questions. I will tell everyone I know to come here and get their rigs cleaned or to have them make and install carpet in their rooms or on the stairs.
