This was my first time using Maid Envy, and I couldn’t be more satisfied! Like a whirlwind, they came in and cleaned everything spotless. The team was friendly, prompt, and showed amazing attention to detail. I’ve never seen my oven that clean—it looks brand new! They truly went above and beyond, and my home feels fresh and sparkling. Maid Envy did a great job getting the house cleaned up prior to Thanksgiving, even though we gave them only short notice of the need for service.

Professional, left without giving time to check work. As a first cleaning service by Maid Envy for our home, seems they should have checked with the Client regarding service.

Time was not an issue. Two person team for 1.5 hours was scheduledper Cindy. The team had approximately 30 mins left for service? There are questions and detailed feedback.

Overall, a very good service, but we should have had a bit of a review of the service.

Maid Envy has been a godsend for me. Our home was flooded and had to be essentially gutted down to the studs. We had to have a post-construction cleaning, as the house was so dirty from construction dust, debris, and more.

I called Maid Envy two Saturdays ago and had the pleasure of speaking with the owner, Cindy. She immediately allayed my fears and concerns, since I had never used a professional maid service before and had had other quotes that were simply prohibitive in cost. She was very mindful of my needs and budget and provided options and solutions to truly meet those needs.

The crew of four showed up on the appointed day, and they were phenomenal! The construction crew had left the house with a lot of dirt, debris, and had even used my refrigerator as a garbage can. I had left it completely clean before vacating the home, but it was filthy on the inside with molded food, a freezer sprayed with frozen soda, and more. Jeanette, one of the ladies, cleaned the fridge so well that it looked brand new. The washing machine and dryer also were so dirty, and they too looked brand new. The ladies were efficient, quick, responsive, and Jeanette was great in discussing details and specifics of expectations to ensure that they were done to my liking. The entire home was beautiful and sparkling.

We had been living in an Airbnb for eighth months and had a strict deadline for getting out. After the team had cleaned the house, she arranged for three others later that afternoon to assist us in packing up for the move out of the Airbnb. It was manna from heaven, because of the great need to get out and not having a lot of help. I worked with the team to pack and transport boxes over to my home. Again, Maid envy was a godsend!

Maid Envy did such an amazing job that I will be using their services on a bi-weekly basis to keep my "new" home in sparkling condition. I cannot say enough good about this wonderful company! Thank you, Maid Envy, for your awesome work!

Reyna is the best lady I've ever had clean my house. Her partner is awesome also. They are a great team. They are always my 1st choice to have come to my house. I have used Maid Envy for many many years and I have never had a bad team. Cyndi has always had first class workers. They are friendly and very polite.

Been working with Mint for over a year to get started, but not due to any issues with them, but with timing within our agency. They did not bug me once and followed up when I said it would be a great time to do so. Super easy process and amazing office staff. Just had our first cleaning this weekend and OMG, the office smells amazing and the cleanest we have seen with any other cleaners. Will add an update down the road, you're amazing to work with through all of the special hurdles we had!!!

Mint Condition cleaning services is hands down the best cleaning service I have ever worked with. They came in had some recommendations and I couldn’t be happier with their suggestions. I really enjoy their air fresheners. They keep the office smelling wonderful and welcoming. Very reasonably priced and easy to reach the team. Best decision I’ve made for this office space yet.
