We are so excited to be doing business with Office Pride. We have been very happy with their janitorial services. They are very organized and keep our office looking great! Their professionalism and willingness to make their clients happy are high on their list. Would recommend them for sure !!!

We had gone through several cleaning crews before Office Pride. We are extremely pleased with the cleaning they do. The office staff responds quickly to any messages left. They keep us informed should there be a need to rescheduling due to weather conditions. If we have any special requests they go out of their way to accommodate us. We were so pleased with everything Office Pride did for our clinic. We needed them to come clean in a pinch when cleaning services with HISD stopped during the pandemic. The staff and owners gave us their cell phone numbers and were always available for anything. They were generous and honest and kind. We truly enjoyed working with them and are so thankful. Good cleaning company. We use them to clean our fitness studio for weekly deep cleaning and they been doing solid for few years now. In and out quickly, doesn't disturb our schedule, flexible with cleaning. Pricing reasonable.

Back in June of 2023 We needed to make a change with the cleaning services we where using at the time. I will say it was the BEST decision we have made. The owners Fernando and Armando came out personally and saw my needs. Without hesitation they took on the task to get our office buildings back into tip top shape. We are using Office Pride at my building. We just switched to them in January. They are a huge improvement! The building is so clean, their cleaning person is nice and he takes his time cleaning the entire building. Fernando & Armando are easy to work with and very willing to take on new tasks. They're also very fast to respond. I would highly recommend them.

The owners of Office Pride, Fernando and Armando, are very hands on and very involved and their staff is amazing! They get what your specific needs are the first time you tell them and do it 150% right every time.

I have been using Kiwi Services for carpet cleaning for the past 10+ years. Never had any issues. Great service, and I love their 'warranty' cleaning concept which allows me to keep the carpets cleaned throughout the year.

This company never fails! For every special event they know just how to make my carpet look brand new. I’ve been using Kiwi for over a decade; they are reliable and have amazing service!!!

They always do an amazing job! Had them come back to do a warranty clean before the year was up and they did not disappoint. Fast scheduling and great quality service.

I scheduled with Kiwi last year to have my carpets cleaned. The scheduling was easy. They have local carpet cleaners that they pair with. The gentleman they used came to my house and got to work. He did a good job and even focused on some areas of concern I had where my cats had pee'd in the closet. Now I'm excited that they are coming again under warranty to redo the cleaning for only $75. They reached out to me to remind me that they offer the redo. I'm grateful they did, otherwise I would have missed the chance to get my carpets cleaned again for very little money and effort on my part. It's a great service.

Kiwi Services has been cleaning our carpets for 20 years and have always provided the best of care. They come out right away to take care of interim accidents and charge very little under warranty. We appreciate them! You will too!

If I could leave zero stars, I would. I scheduled to have my tile and grout cleaned thinking they would show up with some sort of machine which is what their website shows 'a machine cleaning the tile' but no. The service tech (not his fault at all) showed up with a scrub brush and a spray bottle with cleaner in it. I questioned his tools and he said that was all he has. He was eager and said he could clean my grout. I allowed him to start, but he and I both agreed, his tool and chemical would not get the job done. He called his boss and was told to purchase another cleaner at a local hardware store. He showed up about 40 minutes later with a tile and grout cleaner and sprayed it all over my tile and scrubbed the grout. My tile is porcelain and has little grooves that collect dirt so he sprayed the cleaner and scrubbed the little grooves as well. After completing one room, he and I both agreed, his method wasn't going to work so I did not let him complete the job.

He didn't have the proper tools to clean the chemical off of my floor and I tried to mop it up after he left to no avail. I had to hire another company to clean my floors the next day. KiWi left a slimy, stinky film all over my tile. If I wanted a hardware store product, I could have done that myself.

I expected a professional tile and grout cleaning. I called the office and explained the mess I was left with and was told there was nothing that could be done about the money owed. They would send someone else the next day to fix the problem. I scheduled but then decided these people would not touch my tile again. I do not trust them. Why wasn't the person with proper equipment sent in the first place.

I have since called to ask for a refund since they offer a 30 day satisfaction guarantee on their services and no one has contacted me.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR YOUR TILE AND GROUT CLEANING. They are a joke and so is their 30 day satisfaction guarantee.
