Have used Kiwi a lot over the years and they have always done a great job with carpet cleaning. The vacuuming, pre-treatment and actual clean have great results. Outstanding customer service and very affordable.

I’ve used Kiwi Serviced for almost 16 years now. I started using them for quarterly carpet cleaning & now that my carpet has been replaced by wood floors, I use them for rug cleaning. They always do a great job, all their staff are professional & helpful, the techs are very careful with your floors & furniture & overall, you’re always happy you called them. Love Kiwi! 💚

DO NOT USE KIWI SERVICES!!!! If I could rate 0 stars, I would. Kiwi Cleaning Services lost my rug/mislabeled and ended up just keeping my rug for months since September 5th without calling or letting me know in any way this had happened. In the middle of October I finally called to find out what happened to my rug. Costumer service rep Beatriz on the phone was very kind and helpful on this matter. She had me email a picture of my rug and I asked if my rug would be re-cleaned since it was sitting in a (probably) dirty warehouse or truck. She said yes, and that it would be delivered within 1-2 weeks to my house with a discount for the service. Flash forward to today, November 21st, and I still do not have my rug. Again no one has called or let me know of the delay. They either haven’t even found my rug, or shrugged me off. Costumer service rep Aileen let me know again my rug will be returned very soon and I’ll only receive a $50 credit for the inconvenience. That’s ridiculous. At this point I won’t have my rug for the holidays, and I haven’t had it for almost 3 months, when their policy includes assurance they will have your rug cleaned and returned by 2 weeks. I’m absolutely going to let anyone I know NOT to use Kiwi for any cleaning services, let alone trust them with their property. I have yet to receive my rug, and am waiting for a call back with the manager.

Update: I see in the reviews from 2 weeks ago, that other people are having this same issue. If you value your rugs do not have them picked up by these irresponsible people.

2nd update: after hours of back and forth on the phone with the manager Rebecca, after insisting she can’t give me my rug unless she takes payment (she originally wanted $300 instead of $350, then went down to $175 and didn’t want to budge), I let her know she can keep the rug but I need exact documentation of the 3 month delay, mislabeling/losing my rug, asking me for a picture because they didn’t even know which rug was mine, and not communicating any of this to me for a month, me calling for the second time still no rug, etc. and that on top of all this they still wanted me to pay $175 for a service that was not provided to their best standards) She said okay, and we hung up. 15 minute later she called back a finally went down from $175 to $85 after “speaking again with the owner”. Truly ridiculous. Supposedly my delivery date is now Nov, Tuesday the 25th. We’ll see if that even happens, finally after almost 3 months. I will be advising everyone I know not to use Kiwi for any service.

I have been using Kiwi Carpet cleaning for over 20 years. I love that they have warranty cleanings that you can use as many times in one year for only $20. I also love the way that the carpets dry very fast after they’re done so you know to spend days not being able to step on your wet carpets lol. The Technitians lesson are usually on their game. I’ve had very few that I could tell. That they’re not there to do the best job they could but all I have to do is let the company know. I’m not happy with that person and they will send out another one. But again that’s very rare in 20 years and I have experienced that. I highly recommend using this carpet cleaning service.

First off, let’s talk about punctuality. They were exactly on time—just like they have been every single time I’ve booked them—which is a huge deal when you’re dealing with home services.

The customer service is consistently outstanding. The team that arrives is always professional, incredibly polite, and clearly knowledgeable. They take the time to explain their process, addressed my concerns about a few old stains (which they tackled successfully on my last visit, too!), and made the whole interaction feel comfortable and easy.

Most importantly, they did a phenomenal job cleaning the carpets once again. The high-traffic areas look virtually new, and those tough, old stains? Completely gone. The process was quick, efficient, and the results speak for themselves.

I’ve used Kiwi before, and they continue to impress me with their professionalism and quality of service. The pick-up process this time was smooth and right on schedule. The technician not only arrived promptly but also went above and beyond by helping me move some furniture off the carpet, which made the whole process stress-free.

He clearly explained the details I needed to know for a smooth handover and return, which gave me confidence that my carpet is in good hands. Even though the carpet is still with them, I appreciate how organized and attentive they’ve been so far — it’s clear they value their customers and their work.

Based on my past experience and the way they’ve handled things this time, I’m confident the finished result will be just as excellent as before. I highly recommend Kiwi for anyone looking for reliable, courteous, and professional carpet cleaning services.

Kiwi Services is as bad as it gets.

We sent out three expensive rugs to be cleaned, two of which also needed repairs. Kiwi services promptly came to pick up the three rugs.

Weeks went by and we heard nothing about the status of our rugs. Eventually, I began making phone calls to inquire about our three rugs. I was eventually informed that all three had been cleaned, but when I asked about the status of the repairs on two of the rugs, Kiwi services had no information whatsoever. It seemed, that they never heard that the other two rugs were to be repaired.

They promised to speak to the individuals who would be responsible for the repairs and get back to me.

I never heard another peep out of Kiwi Services until I called again to inquire about the status of the repairs.

They still could provide no information about the repairs requested on the two rugs.

At that point, I had had enough and told Kiwi Services to just forget about the repairs and return all three rugs to us ASAP.

Another week went by and our rugs had not been returned. I called again to insist that the rugs be returned to us and was told that they would be returned during the week of October 20.

The week of October 20 came and went, and our rugs had still not been returned. I called Kiwi services again and was again promised the prompt return of our rugs.

Eventually, one of our three rugs was returned, but the other two were not.

More phone calls ensued, and eventually a man arrived with one rug.

It was not even our rug!

I called again and complained about their failure to return two of our rugs (the combined purchase price of which was approximately $13,000).

On November 4, at long last, the last two of our rugs were returned.

We will find a different company to handle the repairs we had asked Kiwi Services to make.

I will never, under any circumstance, ever use Kiwi Services again.

Gianni and Earl were my techs for today. I hadn’t used Kiwi in over 10 years and they are the only company that I’ve ever called for carpet cleaning services. I must say the outcome is still amazing and the techs were very respectable, thorough, and did an AWESOME job!!!!

They do a great job of cleaning our carpets. Always happy with the results. The carpets look and smell fresh and clean. They move lightweight furniture around the home as well which is nice. We will continue to call them when we need carpets cleaned!

For the love of all things holy, keep searching for a better company cause this one needs to be put out of business!

This place SUCKS!!! Plain & simple!
What should have taken 2 weeks, took 7.5.
The ONLY good thing about them is their customer service. The people responsible for the actual cleaning, I don’t have any words for them. Whoever owns this company needs to go check on them & make sure they’re okay.
8/9- They picked up my rug which was a nice service offered & was honestly the selling point for me.
A little over 2 weeks since pick up, I had to call them to check the status of my rug. They said it was ready. We schedule for drop off 8/29.
(Btw their window for this is large, 8-5. So if you have a job, just go ahead & use your PTO if you need them to put the rug back in its place for you)
Drop off was scheduled for the Friday before Labor Day but was rescheduled cause the delivery guy was in Galveston & said he wasn’t going to drive back to Houston to drop it off. Rude but okay? I offer to pick it up myself but I couldn’t because the rug wasn’t in Houston. It was in Dallas. Why did he say he couldn’t drop it off when he didn’t even have it? Customer service rep talks to delivery guy & we agree he will drop it off on Labor Day due to the inconvenience of the previous reschedule.
9/1 Labor Day- Rug was not dropped off. They called & said they were off that day & need to reschedule. We knew that & they agreed he would? Okay, that’s fine. No big deal.
9/10- The rug is finally delivered! I’m excited to unroll it & see the wonderful difference! Except when I unrolled the rug, not only was it still damp but it smelled HORRID! The smell stung my nostrils! It didn’t smell like any chemicals I’ve ever smelled before. I have no idea what this smell was but it smelled like ammonia on steroids! Like the most pungent smell of cat urine straight from the cat’s urethra! I could taste it in the back of my throat. My entire room was immediately filled with this funk as soon as I unrolled the rug. There was no “airing” it out. My rug came back worse than when it left 4 weeks ago!
The pictures I provided was the day they dropped it off. My dogs hair was still on it. Debris was still on it. How?? I don’t even know what those stains are on the back of the rug. None of my pets have pooped or peed on my rug. There were no stains. I simply wanted it cleaned to remove the dog hair & dog odor from it.
The asst manager Crystal even commented on the quality of what I received back when I sent her pictures. She offers another cleaning & discounted the price ($200ish to about $140). They picked up the rug the next day & the guy who picked it up the 2nd time even commented on the smell. It was that bad.
9/24- They text me to tell me it smells much better & we schedule for it to be dropped off the following Wednesday. Great!
Welp…the day of drop off, they call & tell me that it has to be rescheduled!! You have got to be kidding me.
10/1- Rug is finally dropped off.
It was not wrapped in protective Saran Wrap or anything at all like it was the first time they delivered. It was just loosely rolled up. Nothing protecting the freshly double cleaned rug.
You could just tell they were O V E R I T.

I will say it did smell better than the putrid cat piss smell it first arrived with, if you consider a wet dog sprayed with perfume an upgrade (which sadly, I did)
At the end of the day (or 2 months), the rug looks no different. However, they did waive the entire fee for all the crap that I went through for a simple cleaning on a rug I bought off freakin’ Wayfair!
Just… yall…Don’t do it. Ask your friends, ask co workers, ask anyone who has personally used a rug cleaning service if they have anyone they recommend. Do not go blindly into this like I did.

Kiwi told us to repair an oriental rug they'd only remove 1/4 inch border. They removed 3 inches from 2 sides of our rug. They now want us to pay additional money because it wasn't fixed correctly. We are in discussions with manager awaiting outcome.

We have been customers for many years. We have been very happy with the service, price and technicians. Signing up for the yearly contract makes the expense of carpet cleaning very affordable. It’s the only company I know that allows you to pay for the first service (full price ) and then all remaining costs are a fraction of the initial cost as often as needed. I have been a customer for over a decade. I moved from Houston and came back 10 years later, and I can say that the service has not diminished. The level of professionalism is an extra bonus. I would highly recommend Kiwi.

We inherited some 40+ year old Karastan rugs from my grandmother, so I was looking for a company that would take good care of the rugs. When I requested more information via their website, Rebecca from Kiwi called me a few hours later. She thoroughly explained their cleaning process before quoting a price and it checked all the boxes. I was able to schedule pickup the following day and two weeks later, my rugs were delivered back to me. The delivery man helped with the 9x12 and was very kind and accomodating. The rugs looked brand new, the colors were restored, and they smelled amazing! I would recommend Kiwi and would use them again!

I recently used a carpet cleaning company for one of my rental properties, and overall, it was a decent experience. The technician was professional, friendly, and seemed knowledgeable about the process. They arrived on time and took care to protect the surrounding areas while cleaning. The carpets came out looking refreshed and much cleaner than before.

While the experience wasn’t extraordinary, it met my expectations and provided good value. I would consider using their services again for future rentals if needed.
