I have been using this maid cleaning service for over two years. They are very prompt in arriving on assigned day and time and if I have a conflict they work with me to accommodate me at a convenient time. Their work is very thorough and quick. I have been very pleased with their work at a very reasonable price.

I cannot recommend MMMaid Cleaning Services enough! Every staff member is extremely sweet, flexible and attentive to details! It is always such a treat to come home to a clean home but they go above and beyond. I also have a very large dog and they are always so good with him. I am so happy I found this wonderful company!

GABY and JENY were sent out to do deep cleaning by Mercy. While we agreed on a full deep cleaning, the cleaners did miss half of the things we agreed on. I am incredibly disappointed with MMMAID Cleaning Services. I hired them for a deep cleaning, but they failed to meet even the most basic expectations. They completely missed cleaning the ceiling fans and windows, which were specifically mentioned during the initial agreement. Dust and grime were still present on surfaces that should have been thoroughly cleaned. The overall quality was abysmal and not worth the money at all. I strongly advise against using MMMAID Cleaning Services.

Always thankful to come to a clean home! They always do extra little things that make it easier for us. Hard working and if there’s ever any issues, it’s always easy to communicate and they’ll do their best for next time.

We have used Mercy and her team for move out and move in cleans. She is flexible, thorough, fast and friendly. I would recommend her for these services.

tldr: had an agreed amount by the owner of the company who then increased the rate by $75 in the last hour her team was working with an amount that was not delineated on the website or beforehand; then, did not apologize for this discrepancy or acknowledge that it was her mistake.

I try not to leave negative reviews unless there is something about the company I truly would not recommend to others, but I did feel that my treatment with this company warranted a review.

I had used Mercy and her cleaning services about three weeks previously (a regular maintenance clean and not a deep clean). I was charged $200 with some furniture there and was happy with their services. This was for an 1,800 square foot three-story townhome with two bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms.

As I am moving out of my home, I reengaged Mercy for her cleaning services. I asked for a move-out (deep) clean, I mentioned (twice) the square footage of my home, and everything I wanted included (oven, baseboards, refrigerator, blinds, inside of cabinets, bathrooms, and kitchen, etc.) in the clean. I then included 11 photos of my home in a text message. I let her know that ALL of the furniture would be removed from the house (given her team less to clean). Mercy said her team was available to provide cleaning services. At this point, I asked for a quote as I would like to know what to expect to pay before her team came to clean. Her response via text message was, "will be $250". She did not say "it will likely be $250", nor did she say that there may be an extra fee once her team gets there if more cleaning needs to be done. She said only, "will be $250".

Her team arrived as scheduled and started cleaning. I think the girls did well (there were a few places I had to ask them to clean towards the end and they did need to use some of my supplies - eg. my oven cleaner). I was, overall, happy with their work and acknowledged that they did a lot of work cleaning in the laundry room and behind/in the refrigerator (which I appreciated).

However, when I contacted Mercy to confirm she wanted her payment via Zelle during the last hour of her team's work, she charged me $325 for "including the oven, fridge, baseboards, cabinets, and a thorough deep cleaning". When I asked why I was charged more than the original quote, I was told that she "did not ask the square foot of the house". I showed her two screenshots on our communication line that mentioned the square footage of the house. She then said, "dogs hair plus really dusty". She mentioned an incorrect reason and then changed her reason when I mentioned that I had done my part to express the square footage of the house previously. This made me feel as though she was going to charge me more regardless of us discussing all of this previously. I expressed that I sent pictures, verified what I wanted clean, and verified the size of the house. There was, in my opinion, nothing more I could have done to confirm any further. I was told that her ladies were still working and would "not be finished any time soon" (they were finished an hour and fifteen minutes later for a total of four hours of work). *I have screenshots of all of this conversation*.

In my opinion, Mercy underquoted me (although I do not think I could have given her any more information) and instead of apologizing or honoring the quote she gave me, tried to give me excuses (and at first, a completely incorrect one) as to why I was being charged more without acknowledging that it was actually her fault. This all felt very dishonest to me. There was no pay transparency on the website nor in our conversation previously.

I am saying this as I do not want anyone else to go through an experience like mine: where you did everything on your part to get an accurate quote and you are charged more arbitrarily while the team has ALREADY started working on your home. It felt like a bait-and-switch and as if she was going to charge me more regardless.

If you do not want to be treated this way, I DO NOT recommend these cleaning services.
