I hired them through Amazon home services for an apartment cleaning. I thought they did an excellent and very thorough job. They were easy to deal with and flexible when I needed to reschedule. I'd definitely hire them again.

Great service at a reasonable price. We had our carpet and area rugs cleaned very well, a coffee spot that was worrisome just vanished. We'll do all the floor cleaning with this company, stone and grout maintenance as well.

Jessica and Pearla did a great job cleaning my house. Professional, detailed, and courteous. Will definitely use them again when I need some extra help keep things bright and shiny!

Jessica has been cleaning my home since January 2015; she's amazing. I am an Airbnb host and I travel alot for my main job so I was looking for someone I could trust in my home and someone who would take cleaning seriously. I found Jessica on Thumbtack and once I met her I was immediate at ease. She's very detailed and thorough! When I was traveling I never had to worry about whether my house was clean for each guest; she always got it done on time AND she made sure my house was ready for me when I returned from trips. She's got a strong mind for business and she knows her worth but she's definitely worth it. Highly recommended!

Justin did a great job on 2 houses. He even got the stains out of 2 armchairs. He gave us a great quote, arrived on time and worked really hard. He is a super nice guy, so nice to find someone with integrity these days. I will def' hire him again.

They did my rug and my couch and I honestly had thought about replacing the couch before they cleaned it. Love that its a local family owned business! Super efficient and effective cleaning. Thornton's has cleaned our carpets twice and we will keep asking them back. This time, we had a really deep ink stain that they managed to remove, carpets look good as new. Excellent service, highly recommended.

My house had flooded & my friend had seen their car cleaning a neighbors house & she forwarded their information to me. I called & Justin was at my house picking up my rug 2 days after the hurricane. I also had my carpets cleaned as well when they returned to deliver my cleaned rug. They did a great job and went above and Beyond to make sure I was happy with their service. Justin & Jorge even helped move some of my other furniture back in place.
If you have pets make sure to ask them about leak proof paddings they can place under your carpets.

Thornton Carpet is amazing! They were easy to contact, super responsive, priced well and able to schedule within the week. I had a smelly chair and area rug with plenty of dried bulldog drool. They’re both super clean now and smelling good. Talk about going above and beyond, in our conversation, I mentioned that my check engine light just came on so he immediately went to his van and got his scanner out, found where to plug it in my SUV, showed me the reading and reset it. Wow. Then he moved back everything where it was. That’s next level customer service. A+++

Kyle arrived on time and used both foamy water to hand wipe our windows and a special solution to throughly rinse them. Everything looks great. It is easy to call for a quote which he gives promptly after a-sizing your home via internet images. He is the owner, and he did this job himself, so there was no sub-contractors or rotating crew involved.
