The tech, J, was extremely professional and knowledgeable. We had a larger job, I assume, and kept us updated throuought. Most importantly, they did exceptional work.

My service was exceptional. Justin has been at my house before. They cleaned carpets throw rugs and 2 upholstered items. They also cleaned my travertine floors. Everything looks terrific. And they took care with any furnishings they needed to move.

If you're like me and NEVER had your air ducts cleaned do it ASAP! My entire family suffer from allergies. We would always change the filters for the A/C, but never thought to cmean the ducts.

I contacted COIT and they came out a day later gave me an estimate, and completed the job the same day. Victor was the technician and he was very prompt, professional and precise!

I will be using them to clean my carpet and tile next!

Johnny at COIT came today to provide estimates to clean 5 area carpets. One carpet he cleaned onsite and he took the other 4 away for cleaning. He was on-time (even came earlier than expected after calling), polite and extremely knowledgeable. He was also very neat after finishing up the work. I highly recommend COIT and Johnny.

Matthew and Justin really took the time to get my floors cleaned. They also previously cleaned my carpet. I am recommending COIT services to everyone I know.

First, they were scheduled 10-12 but arrived around 1, which meant they were still there at 2 and my wife had to take an Uber to her appointment, while I stayed with the cleaners. Second, the carpet cleaners were very friendly and explained everything they could do to remedy our pet accident problems and general maintenance of our carpet. I thought I had done the calculations correctly on the website which calculated as $500, but it seems I underestimated the size and didn't include their precious urine remover so it was $1250 instead. So be better at your calculations or risk getting sticker shock like I did. That said, they did a thorough job! The only issue was that even with 35% off, the whole thing seemed extremely expensive. I guess that's just the way it is, but it was a hard pill to swallow. So I'm deducting a star for how expensive it was. Maybe I'll shop around next time even though Coit was excellent. Lastly, I paid with a credit card on a screen, and as part of paying they had a screen for a tip. No house repair type company has asked for a tip before. My exterminator doesn't ask for a tip. I thought about it and they were really cool guys so I added the lowest I could which was 5%. I'm a little weirded out by the tip option. If there was 3.5 stars I would deduct half a point for the tip thing but there isn't.

Ken was absolutely amazing! I had a prior bad experience with a company that came to clean my vents and so was a little leery but Ken not only restored my faith in vent cleaning but in humanity as well! So happy with the job he did and he was just the friendliest most helpful guy ever.

Coit iis always reliable and professional with their contacts and services. Today, Jose was thorough and did a very good cleaning and protection for our rugs and furniture. His attention to detail and explanation of what he was doing was reassuring.

I had the pleasure of meeting Victor, who was punctual, professional and did a thorough job . He provided invaluable information and guidance in the use of our AC. I plan to use Coit in the future for carpet and upholstery cleaning. Good Job! Victor. You represents your company well.

Daniel cleaned my carpet (3 rooms) and did in excellent job. He was very professional and nice to work with. I was using another carpet cleaning company for more than 10 years which I will never use again. Coit is now my cleaning service company.

I don’t know how to feel. I hired COIT to clean the carpet in my one bedroom apartment and I ended up paying $275 plus tip. The experience for me was strange. This is kind of pricey it only took them maybe 10 minutes. The stain is 90% gone.

Some stuff that bugs me:
-My toilet was closed when they arrived, when the men left the toilet seat was completely up as if a man peed. But idk if that’s what actually happened.
-When I asked why the price was so much higher than the estimate they made 2 comments that I didn’t love:

1. Everything is expensive
2. Bc it’s late on a Friday and we’re here working for you

I had booked my appointment for 2-4 and at 2 they called and rescheduled for 4-6pm bc they had another job so that comment from above didn’t sit well with me. I personally wouldn’t hire COIT again based off that entire experience. One of the guys pulled out his phone to collect while his coworker and I were having a conversation and instead of saying this is your total, he slid the phone on the countertop and stared at me for 5 minutes until I looked over at his screen and realized he was trying to collect. I understand people skills aren’t required to get the job done but they would still be nice. Anyway just my experience. I do appreciate that they were careful when moving my belongings so they could clean the carpet.

Jackie was great though.

Justin is the nicest guy in the world! And he’s GREAT at his job!! He showed up on time and cleaned my two white couches, a chair and a rug. They look brand new. So happy with his service.

Jose Martinez did and exception job very efficiently in our house. He was punctual, professional and friendly on top of doing a great job. We will have him back to do more work.

Bill gave me a straight up review of our mold and mildew situation. There was absolutely no hard sell. Everything was explained so I could make an educated decision and the work was done so quickly and efficiently it makes me want to call them again. We had the very best experience with Justin today. Our bathroom tile and grout had two decades of built up residue that was extremely difficult for us to keep clean. Justin worked extremely hard, trouble shooting along the way, and it looks like new again. The build ups are completely gone, and both tile and grout look incredible. He has our highest recommendation.

Wow. Incredible service. Our cleaning specialist Victor Garcia was amazing. So thorough. He went above and beyond. Had no clue what to expect, but this exceeded all reasonable expectations. Victor not only cleaned everything squeaky clean, he even touched up the rusty parts of the vents with matching paint. I don't know why in all the years of home ownership I never used air duct cleaning services. My eyes have been opened to the error of my ways. Even with constant vaccuming and cleaning, we were losing a battle with dust. We tried to clean what we could reach ourselves, but the system was not designed with easy cleaning in mind. Once I saw the state of the dryer vent and our ductwork, I was horrified. I am sorry we let this get this bad. I had no clue. PSA: Check your ducts and schedule a service ASAP! We'll be coming back to COIT for sure.

COIT did a deep cleaning of my kitchen floor. The tile is porus with what I call "blackheads".
This is the 1st ever I had ever had this type of service done so my expectations were all over.
I asked if they could take care of the more troublesome areas and they gave me a warm feeling with a caveat.
Basically, they did a scouring of the tile and mopping. It did take care of some of the issues.
Overall was it worth? Would i do it again?
It would take me longer, but i could save a couple hundred dollars and the floor would look better.

Victor Garcia did an amazing job giving my 3 story home an overdue refresh from top to bottom! He was thoughtful, on time, explained everything, was careful of surroundings with all the equipment and provided recommendations going forward. All in all, i am very pleased with my thoroughly clean home where i can breathe easier.

Tony does a thorough and professional job. Very detail oriented. We had our granite countertops cleaned, sealed and polished.

We have an older dog who has had a couple accidents in the house so we wanted to get the carpet cleaned before the holidays. I requested the deodorizer add on (like we did last time) but the technician recommended the pet treatment instead and said it would work better. Unfortunately the carpet and entire room smells worse than it did before having it cleaned. The technician was friendly and professional but I just don’t feel like the service accomplished the goal

Overall, my carpet was cleaned okay. The technician told me, after inspecting my carpet, immediately said the edges of my carpet would not come clean and attributed it to my air ducts not being cleaned regularly. I felt that was part of his training to sell me on getting an added service. The interior of the carpet was adequately cleaned. The technician spent quite some time cleaning the 4 rooms.
However, as he advised upon his inspection the perimeter of the carpet showed no difference. After he left, I used “elbow grease” to clean those areas and they came clean. It seems to me that the company doesn’t want their employees to use the extra time it would take to clean those areas. The technician was professional. I don’t blame him as I feel like he was following company policy.
